OK... so I came In here with pretty low expectations. It was about 10:45 on a Wednesday night, and thr place was empty except the 4 girls just leaving. I really expected more people and was a little concerned that they were closing or just a very bad place. I asked if they were still serving, and if it was all right for my dog to be with me, and they said fine and yes they were serving for about 10 more minutes. The waitress, Julie came out gave me the menu I placed my order, and she sat down went through the menu with me, and when it was time for me to use the restroom, she stayed and watched my dog. Definite bonus points for that I placed my order, and then she asked me what my puppy would like and made recommendation for some grilled chicken tenders tenders and I put some broccoli on the side and it was awesome. Unlike many other restaurants they were very accommodating, and actually very engaging, accommodating, and went out of their way. The "crab rangoon" roll was tasty.... I imagine it's much better when drinking. Anyway, kudos to them for being awesome. BTW, when I went to the restroom, one of the other servers was out there with my server giving Honey (mybdog) lots of pats. Awesome job ladies..... and another shout out to Julie. read more

The worst restaurant experience I've ever had. We waited an hour for our food while watching all the other tables food come out. It was not busy. Our waitress lied to us on 3 different occasions about our food. The final time stating, "your ticket is on the line." When a manager finally came to talk with us, she claimed the ticket had been lost. We were lied to our entire time seated and never received food. The somewhat highly priced food is not worth risking it with this service. read more

Food was amazing...but Jordan our bombass bartender was out of this world! No words..no words ..

Good food for bar food and sushi. And it matches the atmosphere well! It's great if you have people with a bunch of different tastes. Great selection. read more

Waiter was excellent place was clean and well laid out and bathrooms were meticulous but the I had was dried out meat tasted like it and being kept heated for a while. Mushrooms and cheese that were on it looked and tasted the same way with no taste. The fries were delicious and so was the slaw but it was definitely not worth $23 I paid! read more

We stopped at Drake's for dinner during a long road trip. It was a nice addition from Pittsburgh to Gatlinburg. We sat at the front bar. We didn't realize there was a much larger back bar until we were headed to the bathroom on our way out. The wait was a little long for our food, but we had a flight of beers for $5. Great price for (4) 4.5oz pours. It's always a good idea to try local beers and there were about 3 on tap. The Yee-haw didn't disappoint. My partner tried the fried bologna sandwich and loved it. The fries were fresh and well seasoned even if they look like high school cafeteria fries. The Big Blue Burger was just as described. The meat patty was flat and wide. It was a little too hard to hold and bite. It reminded me of a double wide trailer. The entire restaurant is more like a venue including tons of "yard games" and shuffleboard for $2. There's even a little sushi bar where you can watch them prep your food and see samples of the dishes. Definitely give this place a try! I thought from the description they were suffering an identity crisis... But somehow it really works! There's something for everyone. read more

Never did get waited on , sit for 20 minutes , 5 different servers past us several times, and they were not busy at all, felt like they were avoiding us If I could give a minus , I would read more

They have their own sushi chefs in addition to very good pub fare. I'm particular about where I'll eat fish and this place, which probably does a lot of high volume, can consistently come up with the goods. Getting a 10 oz. beer with my lunch is a perfect balance to enjoying my meal and watching calories. Their beer selection on tap is wide-ranging and fresh. This place delivers a reliably good experience and value. read more

First time eating here and it was very pleasant. They have great burgers, chicken sandwiches and drinks. Our waiter was so wonderful at being attentive and polite. The restaurant has a sports theme with a twist of making it feel like your sitting on your back patio relaxing. Awesome place to meet friends for dinner or maybe have a date night. read more

Sushi is good, other food and drinks are OK. I would recommend this place for a night out, watching the sport game and having some drinks.

The pretzel appetizer was great but the main meal was typical pub style. Nothing special. Shelby our waitress was great. She was very helpful and pleasant. Because our group had a early dinner the restaurant was comfortable and not loud. read more

We waited for an hour and when we finally received our food the burgers were super tough and the fries were like rocks and super cold. We had to seat ourselves and didn't really have a great server. read more

Great sushi burgers and sandwiches we like the atmosphere and the food here is very good!

While visiting relatives in upper east Tennessee, we went to The Pinnacle to check it out. Lots of great stores, but it was after lunch time and I was getting hungry. We were going to a cookout later, but I needed something to tide me over. We walked into Drake's and found a small round table in the bar area. My only complaint about the table was that there was no hook for your purse, the stools were tall and backless, so no place to hang it there either and the table was so small there was no room for it. So I had to set it on the floor. Since the stools were so tall, if I wanted to get in my purse, I had to climb off the stool to get it. I have no complaints about the food though! We ordered the teriyaki bowl and it was excellent. It had teriyaki chicken, sushi rice, avocado, fried asparagus, cucumber, carrot and Sriracha. A really good mix of flavors. It's not super big, it was just right for lunch. If you are a big eater, you might want to get an appetizer with it. read more

Drake's was conveniently located, and plenty of parking. Loved the inside with all the TVs and space, though the seating at booth's are uncomfortable. Mini burgers were cooked perfectly and the fries are great. The wait staff did a fantastic job. read more

We sat out in the car for over an hour for a "30min wait" waiting on the text for our table, little did we know that we know the hostess mistyped our phone number then refused to seat us until the manager came up with the job of explaining how we received multiple texts about our table being ready and the reservation was cancelled. Then they decide that they were going to make up their mistake after setting the mood by rolling their eyes and refusing blame (they were the ones who made the mistake by putting a "8" instead of a "9" on my phone number) so they took us to a table with not enough seats and looked at us like that was the best they could do. That was a horrendous experience and the service is top tier pathetic. This was on 3/25/23 at 9pm if management wants to reach out I'd love to hear an excuse for this. read more

We're in town for a softball tournament, My brother recommended this place and boy are we glad he did..No wait time, Waitress was absolutely awesome...Food was absolutely on point!! We will definitely be going here when we're in town!! read more

I was a little confused by the burger and sushi combo menu. It made me even more weary to try anything off the sushi menu especially the items that came topped with this mystery "sushi sauce". $5 for a bowl of miso soup is 3x the price than an actual sushi place in Los Angeles with the same basic ingredients. I'm not sure where the owners got the idea that fish tacos are served fajita style, but I'm pretty sure they don't know what ingredients actually go into fish tacos either. It just all confused me. Sorry if I offended the bartender and server when I said the meal was ok. But honestly, I really wasn't adventurous enough to even try a different plate after reading thru the menu and seeing how they completely butchered fish tacos. Sushi and burgers don't really belong on the same menu, but I guess if that works for them  ¯\_(ツ)_/¯ read more

They did an unprofessional job, rushed, didn't do half of what I am used to having done.

My main meal was alright, I ordered the BBQ Burger, it tasted like it was missing something. The fries were actually really good though and I enjoyed them. My family and I ordered the Surf and Turf sushi to try and it was really good! Our server was amazing, she always made sure we had drinks, and just was an amazing person. Inside, they have a lot of beer themed items, memorabilia, and several other things inside. read more

NEVER RECOMMEND!! Stereotyped me so hard I ended up crying and walking out of the restaurant; IN FRONT OF MY 8yr CHILD. They stereotyped my friend as well. Never brought us silverware. Never refilled our water. Charged 5% of TIP ON THE RECEIPT AFTER DOING NOTHING BUT INSULTING US. I will never eat here nor suggest here. "Cut us off" after 2 drinks because he made an assumption of us. Lied about why they couldn't service us. I will never support this business again. read more

GO HERE!!! Went for brunch and they were unbelievably accommodating for my allergies. Sushi was to die for and the meal was amazing! Nice bourbon list (according to my hubby) and the atmosphere is just casual enough. You could bring your parents or your friends and really reasonably priced. Only downfall is I wish we had one closer by!! They had gluten free soy sauce and have the menu labeled with allergens. read more

There was plenty of tables available and no one to serve because they were all out back smoking laughing cutting up if this is how you run ur business i dont recommend it there were people waiting outside 25 minutes wait and there were plenty of seating and servers what happened read more

The food tastes great, and the dumplings along with the steak, sushi, and chicken tenders are rlly good. My only issue I currently have with the establishment is the seating and wait time. I love this place, but the wait is not worth it. I wish I could make a reservation or in reality the seating would be made to accommodate more. The vibe is great and the character of the restaurant is well. read more

Awesome! And friendly service to boot! While traveling I checked Yelp for a restaurant in a city we had to pass through. Decided on Drake's and hit directions to get us there. Well we ended up outside what I believe was an entertainment center for kids. Was a little bummed, but knew there were other restaurants around so drove further into the shopping area. There we found Drakes! Silly maps!! They were busy but we got a high top right away. My husband and I both had burgers and fries. The flavors were great, and our server made sure beverages were full. She even brought us to go refills as she knew we were traveling. It was a bit loud (to be expected at a sports bar), but other then that was great. read more

We were here for the NASCAR race and this place was great. 40 minute wait but service was good and food was out quick. We ordered the fried pickles and pretzels with cheese for appetizers. Both came out hot and timely. I had the California Cobb salad. It was huge! Others in my party had chicken/fish tacos and burgers and all enjoyed their food. Good beer and drink selection. Inside is well designed and decorated. I wish I'd tried some sushi. I would eat here again. read more

really good burgers and food, forgot my fries but gave us sweet potato fries in addition to my fries when we came back!!

I give it 3 stars because I like the atmosphere and I will give it another chance but hopefully next time the food will be better. Great food. Friendly staff. Fun environment. First time going and will defiantly be going back when I'm in the areas.

We were having a hard day after visiting our father in the icu at Bristol hospital. Drake's seemed like a great place by its reviews for lunch and close by. When we walked it, it was crowded but we were quickly acknowledged, they found and cleaned a table and our waitress introduced herself. Hannah, was very friendly, helped us not only pick the perfect drink but had the bartender make it not as sweet as we had discussed. She made great recommendations on the menu, mostly sushi, which we absolutely loved. When we told her how she brightened our day, she sat with us for a few minutes, listened and gave us big hugs and encouragement. This was one of the best experiences, and best waitress we have ever had. Bravo Drakes and Hannah..... you're the best! read more

After an almost 40 minute wait, we were seated outside in 64 degrees. The waitress was good about bringing drinks but we let her know we were rather cold and would liked to be seated inside. No results for a new table. Food was rather on the cool side before making it to the table. Sweet potato fries were cold. Not pleased with quality of good. Would not recommend this restaurant since this is the second attempt. read more
