    Wings were pretty good!
    Courtney G.

Our first time here at this brewery! We have been to Bristol many times over the years so I made point while crowd was low at start of week to come visit. First let me say the staff was super friendly and even though it was a quiet night had a great vibe. They let you try beers before making a decision. I decided I needed a painkiller.. they also have full bar! The downstairs has seating inside at bar and few tables plus seating outside. Up stairs is another bar with stage and Birds Eye view of brewery. Tonight was a small group upstairs with kareoke. We sat downstairs and ordered fried pickles .. they were real good came with spicy dip and ranch dip.. hubby got wings I got 2 sliders with tots. Great flavor and our server was so nice. She had been here since opened. Oh and another employee I forgot his name, took me up in elevator and gave me small history of the building.. he was great and they all made you feel like you could just hang out as long as you wanted! I'd definitely come back maybe try few beers and something else on menu.. they had lot to offer from wings to burgers, sandwiches, wraps, salads.. something for everyone

We pulled off of the interstate after a long day on the road looking for some local food and beer. In stark contrast to my last cross country drive (1985) I was confident that opportunities would present themselves. Michael Waltrip showed me how much has changed since Ronald Reagan was in office. The staff was joyfully friendly, the beers were varied and deep in flavor, and the atmosphere was the perfect calming way to end long hours on the road. Worth the return.

    Mmmmm, peanut butter!

My brother and sister in law come here regularly, which means the beer and food are really good. I'm visiting and tried the peanut butter and jelly burger with blackberry IPA. The service, food and beer are great. Highly recommend!

We're at Bristol for the weekend for the nascar races. Of course my Nascar obsessed hubby wanted to come here! It's just a few blocks from downtown (we're staying at the Bristol hotel and it was a quick 5 min walk). Service (5/5): Service was quick and our food came out fast. Food (4/5): The grilled cheese was amazing- lots of gooey cheese flowing out of perfectly grilled toast. The three slices of bacon were amazing! Fries could have been a bit crisper. Beer was amazing! Stout was on point, wheat and IPAs were all good. Atmosphere (5/5): Woo hoo! Beer and nascar legend Michael Waltrip! He was so nice to chat and get a picture with us. It's Bristol, baby!

I had the #15 Lager and the Grilled Cheese Aioli sandwich. Both were great. The staff were very nice. Michael Waltrip was on the premises and took time to talk to patrons. They have a full bar so non beer drinkers have options.

We stopped in when visiting Bristol. Staff were friendly and we were able to taste the beers. Really liked all we ordered. The food was delicious. We had chicken wings and a chicken sandwich. Very tasty.

Beer flight! All of them were awesome!

I am so glad we found this place!! I started with a beer flight and I liked them all! The Mexican-style lager is a must!! I got the Big "O" burger, and let me tell you it was so juicy and the fries were awesome!! Do not listen to the poor reviews, we will most definitely be back to this place!!

My wife and me just went here a couple of days ago. I tried quite a few different beers and I absolutely loved every one of them. My wife had several drinks that they called the "Barbie" drink and she loved them. Our bartender was very friendly and helpful picking drinks. We didn't eat there so I can't comment on the food but if you love craft beers I would highly recommend going here.

It's a really great way to try the food! Food (5/5): Elevated bar food! The kitchen from the downstairs restaurant, Vivian's Table, makes the food and it is really delicious. We tried the popcorn shrimp, which are breaded and crispy. Really great. We of course, had to try the Mountain of fries - these are matchstick fries and the best part was the three different sauces that come with it. The chipotle ketchup was my favorite. We also tried the wings, which were good..I am not a huge wing fan, though. The jalapeno poppers (wrapped in bacon with a cheese filing) were great, as were the steak nachos. And of course, the hummus with the fry bread was great, too. My hubby liked the hazy IPA that was on draft. Even better at $3.50 a pint during Happy Hour. I really liked the cocktails - some of my favorite was a new espresso based tequila (for the summer menu) and the creamsicle. Service (5/5): Everyone up here is super nice - the manager Landry, bartender Raine and all the servers were really fantastic. Ambiance (5/5): Location - This is the top of the Bristol Hotel, and one of the only rooftop bars in Bristol. From the top you have a lovely view of the famous Bristol sign, great when it lights up at night.

Also, I'm used to my pod Thai having a few more bells and whistles, like more greens, sprouts, and more than one lime wedge. But, it's on me for not requesting extras of those things. I ate all of my food. The portion was just right for a sit down meal and that worked well for me because as a tourist who was bopping around town, I did not want to have a to go box. Service was friendly and attentive. The place was pretty big and fairly loud, but the tables were spaced well between each other so we weren't impacted by the noise on either side. If you're trying to find a place that multiple people will agree on, this isn't a bad choice because they have a variety of different cuisines. I had said I do not want anything on top of my burrito and hate the liquid cheese. The person who made my burrito used the liquid cheese, similar to nacho cheese consistency on top. No shredded cheese inside. So they didn't give my bf his cheese sauce he paid for. My burrito was nasty. They didn't put a whole poblano, the first half of the burrito had a few small pieces of poblano, barely any octopus, no shredded cheese inside, they didn't give me any limes. I HATE this crap cheese sauce that "mexican" food places use in Tennessee. Legit Mexican food places don't use this fake liquid cheese. My bf said his nachos were good. Problem is.. I was on the toilet all night because of this cheese. I say this because it was the same cheese they put on his nachos and... he was sick to his stomach for the rest of the night and then he had his turn on the toilet.

That's not counting the warm bean spread brought to the table with their thin and crisp chips. Our margaritas -- $6 each -- are not only good but pretty, topped with berries and a flower. I did not order food on this visit, but BWW is usually pretty consistent on food quality from one location to the next. I did have a couple of beers; the Yee Haw Dunkel, and the Devils Backbone Vienna Lager. Both beers seemed fresh with no apparent off flavors from dirty tap lines. Title: First (and last) visit to Cascade Draft House - rude bartender ruined it…read moreWe walked into Cascade Draft House on a sunny Friday early evening--first time, just my husband and me, excited to try local beer. Another customer handed us a menu, but it took forever for the bartender to come over. When he did, we said it was our first visit and asked for help. He suggested a couple options, poured two samples for my husband. He walked off to help another ( no biggie) I didn't care for his sample choices. I took a minute to decide, I picked mine and when the bartender brought my samples, I thanked him, he snapped, "You need to hurry up and pick one." We were floored. My husband asked if me he really said that. When he came back we ordered two of the same beer. My husband approached him calmly about his rude comment. The guy shot back, "You've had like six samples already," (4) then added, "The more samples, the more dishes I have to wash." Like we're the problem for ordering in a brewery. He laughed and joked with regulars outside--chatting, pouring beers--but treated us like we were wasting his time. We he brought our beers my husband approached him again and he said " I'm not trying to be a dick". My husband said "oh it must be busy", the bartender replied yes it's busy and I can't do orders and run the cards all at once. This is a no brainer job, as I've done it before, it doesn't get easier unless you're paid to sleep. Place wasn't even busy: eight at the bar, a party of five out back, three tables came in after we ordered. The atmosphere was relaxed, smiling and joking. Not us. We ordered a total of three beers (the dishes!) I watched this guy waste more beer by pouring it, not paying attention to what he was doing. The four samples we had didn't even create 1/4 of a cup. A woman came over to cash us out she was warm, friendly. While we were there she kept glancing over like she knew something was off, she might've heard his rude comments. The beer was very good out of Kingsport Tn, but we won't go back. The Pinnacle area has Kickback Jacks and Monroe's that also have great beer specials. Not to mention the other places downtown that serve drinks. That bartender's lucky we stayed--only because we didn't want to cut our day short, my son was with us and was enjoying some time walking around downtown area. Zero tip, I feel bad if they have to split tips at the end of the night. One bartenders rude, uncalled for, unacceptable behavior ruined it for others. I'm in Bristol once a week, have my favorite coffee shop, shopping area, a place to go for a cold one is now still in the works. If you're new, skip this place.
