I was in town for work and had about an hour to kill before meeting the guys for dinner so I decided to stop in here for a couple of beers. The appearance is on par with most other BWW locations, large space with ample seating and an abundance of TV's lining the walls. The bar area was toward the back of the space, and looked like it seated around 20 people. The place was dead, even for a Tuesday evening, probably only around 5-8 other customers in the whole place. As a comparison the Texas Roadhouse across the parking lot was packed. The bartender was pleasant and attentive, and checked on me often. I did not order food on this visit, but BWW is usually pretty consistent on food quality from one location to the next. I did have a couple of beers; the Yee Haw Dunkel, and the Devils Backbone Vienna Lager. Both beers seemed fresh with no apparent off flavors from dirty tap lines. The tap list seemed a bit uninspired, but it is a BWW not a craft beer bar. After reading through some of the other recent reviews I can see why the place was so dead, there seems to have been some negative experiences over the last 1-2 years. I chose the "Make My Own" Burger option on Door Dash, and despite leaving options unselected, I still got Pickles, Tomato, Lettuce, and Mustard on my god forsaken burger. Even after removing all of that MYSELF, one bite and it still tasted absolutely awful. I was so hyped to try the burger from here as I love trying new burgers, and their ineptness at getting an order right has turned me from ever giving this stupid establishment any money ever again. My boyfriend and I go here often and have NEVER had such a bad experience before today. We go in about 2pm, it wasn't super busy. One server got our drink order followed by another server taking our food order. Someone from the kitchen (I believe it was a manager) brought us our food awhile later. We didn't have any silverware and I told her I had ordered extra sauces on the side that I didn't receive. She said she'd go get the sauces--never came back. Which, wouldn't have been an issue had our server came and checked on us once we got our food--she didn't. Both of our fries were cold and we sat without silverware for a few minutes with our server nowhere in sight before finally asking another server if they could get us some. When our server did finally come check on us some 10+ minutes later it was only to ask if we needed boxes. I told her the fries were cold and she proceeded to tell the lady (possible manager) who had brought our food out. I was asked "were they cold when I brought them to you?" Yes, they were and you would know that had we been checked on once since we've gotten our food and I still never got my sauces. I understand people have bad days. I'm not a big fan of BWW so that hurts them right off the bat. I tried not to hold that against this location since it was my first trip here. First thought was that this location seems small to me for some reason. We came for the BOGO boneless wings on Thursday. I think you could do 6,10, and 15 amounts at BOGO. You got your choice of 1 sauce with 6, 2 for 10, and 3 for 15. I did 10 with the Thai Curry on 5 and Mango Habanero on the others. The wings came out dry and crusty. They had plenty of sauce, it was like they had been sitting under the warmer too long. Have you ever gotten the wings or tenders in the cup at Walmart's deli or at a convenience store. That is the texture that we got. The Mango Habanero was decent tasting but the Thai Curry was not a good selection at all. We had a couple of beers and that is one of my gripes at BWW's. They are always overpriced on alcohol. We sat at the bar and got an uninterested bartender. She spoke to a few of the regulars but seemed more interested in her phone. We didn't do without anything but eh, you know the feeling. I won't say that I will not ever be back at this location, if someone invites me or something. I tried to eat here the other night while passing through on business. The waitress was rude and inattentive. It was about 11 pm and the restaurant was empty other than a full bar which landed me at her table. I ordered boneless wings and about 25 minutes later, I hadn't seen the waitress and not one plate of food had come out of the kitchen (I was sitting right beside the kitchen. Instead, all of the employees were socializing in the kitchen and some taking "smoke breaks" out back. Me and my sister visited the restaurant on Saturday afternoon and got seated with Melody. It took a while for her to come to the table and get our drink order, but after the wait, we just went ahead and placed our food order as well. I order a side caesar and a order of 10 bone in wings and my sister ordered a side of fries and 10 bone in wings as well. We got our food pretty quick, except my sister fries and I had no silverware to eat my salad, since the wings came out at the same time as my salad, I tried to wait to get my silverware. We waited 10 minutes to get the silverware and still no fries mind you. So my sister got up and asked the next server if she could have a fork and he was nice enough to oblige. So I ate my salad and the hostess came back one time, filled up our drinks and just left without anything else not even the fries. My sister said not to worry about it, so she finally came back and brought our check and guess what the fries were on there. She finally came back to get our payment and I just paid for it, when she came back I advised her that I didn't receive any fries and she then informed me with a crass attitude that I should have told her and I told her that it wasn't my job to inform her and then I told her about the silverware and she said she was getting it, but I shouldn't wait 15 minutes to eat my salad. She left the table with a snarky you have a nice day and left. I will never be back to Buffalo Wild Wings in Bristol, if you have time go to Kingsport or JC, much better service. I've been coming here for about two years now and today was the worst experience I've ever had. Paid $38 for 15/15 wings with 2 types of sauce. When I received the wings to go, I looked in the bag and there was 8 sauce cups. Looked at the wings there was no sauce on the wings. She was very attentive to us. Always checking on us. Kylie and I were talking about my dad. We had some tears in our eyes. When she came by to check on us. I could tell she didn't know what to say. I informed her that I had just lost my dad Sunday. She gave us her deepest condolences and left. About two minutes later, she comes back with a ice cream sundae. The place was disgusting. The floors had food and trash everywhere. Tables not cleaned off from previous customers but workers just standing around. I ordered wings and a side of fries. My wings were warm. Not cold but not freshly hot for just coming out. My side of fries were literally smaller than my daughters kid portion of fries. Even the waiter said he told the kitchen to make more fries because that wasn't enough for a side but never saw the fries. Staff didn't really care. This could be one of the worst experiences I have had eating out in 40 years. The kid who took our order said right upfront he was new, so I give him a pass for not knowing that a Manhattan up meant not on the rocks. But then others drinks at our table weren't right either. So the bartender didn't know his job either. Then the food came. I ordered the Buffalo Mac and cheese, which the menu said came with Buffalo chicken tenders. There was absolutely nothing "Buffalo" or "tender" about them. They had been dipped in no sauce whatsoever and the nuggets had been cooked so much they could they bounced off the table. Literally, I bounced a couple. I think the waiter knew something was wrong but was hesitant to come to the table. He did eventually and I demoed the bounciness of the chicken. He agreed it was not appetizing and said he would check with the kitchen. By this time the Mac and cheese had gone cold and greasy. At no time did the manager ever come to the table. About 10 minutes later waiter brought some tough chicken nuggets that had been dipped in a little Buffalo sauce as a replacement but it was too late. Then they charged me full price for the meal. I said the beer I ordered to replace the bad Manhattan was the only thing that wasn't screwed up about the meal, he talked to his manager (a conversation that took place 5 feet away from our table) and came back only charging me for the beer. The manager still never approached our table with an explanation, apology or anything. She made the kid take the blame for the kitchen instead of owning up to her restaurant's faults herself. Our boneless wings were not even wings--none were any bigger than the size of a nickel. In one of our 10-count boxes, there were only 8. Some of the "wings" were so small that they were only breading with no chicken! When I called this store to let them know and was calmly trying to explain what happened, the guy who answered the phone was far from courteous--he cut me off while I was talking, talked over me, and was rude and defensive. A less than stellar welcoming and point-to-table seating lead to an even poorer farewell as she apparently left work at the same time of our departure (10pm, 9/5) and sent us a nasty look and horn-beep at the stop-light she pulled up behind us at. I guess we didn't turn fast enough? Definitely brought back the bad memory of her greeting and left us with the same feeling of our overall experience. Careful on the mixed cocktails from the menu as they tend to be rather sweet. Remaining staff and facility was pleasant and satisfactory. Worst service and management experience EVER ! The wait on a to-go order was a full hour after placing on a weekday evening with not many customers. After asking to speak to the manager I was rudely told he didn't know where the food ordered was and told not to get an attitude very aggressively. After waiting an additional 10 minutes I finally received the food with no apology and another aggressive encounter where I was told that asking to speak to the manager was aggressive and unnecessary. I will NEVER eat here again, I will never step foot in the restaurant again for any reason. And I will make sure I tell everyone I know to do the same. This business should be shut down. The food is horrible these days and never gets better. The wait time has gotten beyond reasonable and understandable even with staff shortages. And the management experience is hands down the worst customer service I've ever had in 33 years on earth. If I would have spoken to a customer this way I would have been fired. my family and I had just ordered our food and appetizers, we had just received our drinks when a Buffalo Wild Wings employee (later identified as the store manager) stood near our table and proceeded to YELL at a female Buffalo Wild Wings employee. She had pulled out her phone and was texting, he told her to put her phone up and said "I don't care if you're on the phone with Jesus Christ put your phone up" (I thought he said damn, but he denied cussing.) it's Easter weekend and race weekend. when I tried to address this with him he bumped into me, began yelling at me with spit coming from his words and kicked us out. The manager Refused to give his name and when I spoke to the waitress he had just humiliated I advised her she doesn't deserve to be talked to or treated that way by any manager. the male manager then got in between us and tried to tell me I wasn't allowed to talk to her. If there was an option of no stars this place would be it.. as a customer.... I will never give any of my money to this establishment! if you enjoy good food and beer don't come here! I would give this a 2 1/2 but that's not on yelp. I've came here multiple times and it's very expensive except on the special days, Tuesday and Thursdays I think. One time I went there with about 8 of my friends and there were barely anyone else in the restaurant it took forever to get our drinks refilled and then our checks took even longer to get and then to get back it took me close to 20 minutes and I just had to leave. My husband and I love wings so we went to try this place out.. Wow.. it was not just bad but down right gross.. I ordered the jalapeño and the wild sauce . I don't know what I ended up with but it was very sweet and gross not hot at all. My husband got the curry ones and they had an awful weird taste he is a curry pro. We can't even decide how to describe what we just attempted to eat.. I couldn't even eat those sweet ones and I was hungry so I tried a few times so i wouldn't wasting. It's a good place to go if you are wanting to drink and watch sports but if you are wanting good wings I don't recommend..
