What a great plumber! We wrote to Kaelin through Yelp after 10pm on a Sunday, he responded instantly offering to show up right away. We asked if he could schedule us in for the morning which he did. The next day he texted before showing up and showed up right on time. We ended up having a clogged mainline. He explained the problems really clearly and the cost to fix the issues. On 12/13/2020 at 2:30PM my sewer line started backing up into my tub. I spent 2 and a half hours on the phone with my property manager and +10 other companies trying to get someone out to help. Kaelin came out on a Sunday morning to see if he could help up with a clogged sump pump in a septic transfer vault. I had been desperately trying to get someone out to help us since Friday night. Those that responded to my requests didn't want to work on the pump. With two small children in the house, and unable to flush toilets, I was starting to panic. Kaelin came out without hesitation, showed up on time, and after assessing the problem, showed no fear in taking on the job.
