He came to snake my bathtub and check my kitchen sink because I was having slight backup issues when running my garbage disposal. It was really my bathtub that I had called him out for. Upon arrival, he told me that I had basically fixed the bathtub myself so he didn't try and charge me for a service I didn't need and I really appreciated that. My kitchen sink ended up being a bigger issue than I thought, but he walked me through the whole process and told me what my options were.
