He came to snake my bathtub and check my kitchen sink because I was having slight backup issues when running my garbage disposal. It was really my bathtub that I had called him out for. Upon arrival, he told me that I had basically fixed the bathtub myself so he didn't try and charge me for a service I didn't need and I really appreciated that. My kitchen sink ended up being a bigger issue than I thought, but he walked me through the whole process and told me what my options were. He ended up running a cam through it, found a belly in the pipe and he degreased them and the backing up has been thankfully fixed. What's even crazier is he told me that my garbage disposal wasn't even properly attached and it's been that way for years. He fixed it for me. The line was snaked with a 11/16 cable and then followed up with a camera inspection which showed roots at least 60 feet into the pipe.
