That kind of response time alone deserves five stars. From the moment he arrived, Isaac was professional, calm, and clearly knew what he was doing. He quickly diagnosed the problem, explained the situation in plain terms, and immediately got to work. Within an hour, our pipes and lift station--completely backed up--were fully unclogged and running smoothly again. What impressed me most was not just the speed, but the thoroughness and care. Isaac treated our home and situation with respect, making sure everything was handled properly and that we understood what had been done. In a stressful moment, he made the entire process straightforward and reassuring. If you're ever in need of drain or sewage services, don't hesitate to call them. It's rare these days to find a company that responds this quickly and delivers this level of quality. I cannot recommend them highly enough.

Do I really need to update my five star review to be another five star review?? Probably not, but it's worth it in my book when they're so ridiculously helpful and all around awesome to work with! Earlier this summer, we purchased everything we needed for gas heat and a wood stove for our new workshop build at our house. During our research and pricing, we were told about an annual sale, so we put it on our calendar and purchased everything earlier than we needed to. Saving money is a good thing! As we were finally getting to installing the beautiful wood stove and opening boxes, an 18" pipe was dented and I was so worried they wouldn't replace it... however they did without question. They were so apologetic for not opening the box before they sent it home with us and causing us inconvenience. We got everything installed and decided we wanted to add some extra support and brace the pipe on the roof. I called to get a quote and availability; they had what we needed in stock and were also cheaper than what Home Depot had on their site and we didn't have to wait two weeks for it to ship. We walked in and were greeted by both first and last name... AWESOME! There was playful banter back and forth and all was wonderful. We walked out with what we needed, a 5% military discount and smiles all around!

He went above and beyond, and he called to let us know when he was running late. Based on that experience, my husband contacted Cassidy's for a bathroom plumbing issue last week. Unfortunately, Jeff was not available so Justin was sent. He spent a couple hours and did part of the job and left at 5:00 saying he would be back the next day. At this point, we had two bathrooms torn apart for the project. Justin didn't show on Tuesday, so my husband called him. Justin said he got tied up and that he would come Wednesday morning. On Wed. afternoon my husband called the office and was told that Justin was loading our materials and would be right over. No show. Thursday, again no show. On Friday my husband called and also texted Justin -- no response, no show. Today, Monday (a week later), my husband called the office to notify the office manager that we would find another contractor. She asked for patience and said Justin would arrive between 2 and 4 today. No show (no surprise by now).
