I spoke with several people during the scheduling process and all were extremely pleasant. Second, Patrick, the technician, showed up exactly as scheduled. He was extremely professional and gave me an estimate that I agreed to before he began the repair work. He successfully fixed a toilet, resolved a water pressure issue, and installed a new shower head. He also pointed out an issue that could require service in the future. I know they were clearing trying to take advantage of me because I'm a woman. Phil's was a referral of a FB friend and I called them. Tom came out and was so friendly!! He told me I could keep my drains/pipes from clogging by using plain bleach. Then he gave me an estimate on the spot, then looked again, ran out to his truck and fixed my piping right there. Hired Able Master to cleaned out our main outside sewer line from the house to the street. I said wow I'm in the wrong business, I didn't know anyone made $250 in 15 minutes and he said the price has gone up And started saying that he had to get his oil changed in his truck and it cost over $100. I'm not sure what that has to do with anything cause we all get our oil changed. Also he doesn't know how to knock on the door, he opened the door and stuck his head in yelling my name as if we were friends scaring my children while doing this. I did have this same company out close to 2 years ago and it was only $125 . Not sure inflation is that bad. Our situation had to get dealt with so I couldn't call around and I should not have assumed that this company hadn't gone money hungry, so I was shocked about the cost, I do understand cost of stuff and if he was here for hours but owners of companies can use discrepancy if it's a fast job. We had/ have a slow draining clog in the sewer line. I think I called on Thursday they got to us on…read morethe following Tuesday. Staff was friendly. Guy who came to service us smelled like weed. I smoke so I have nothing against it but when you're paying through the nose for a service I guess I expect some sort of professionalism and smelling like a dispensary to me isn't acceptable when you're working. I recieved a quote when they got here, they wouldn't give one over the phone. They are quite expensive. He showed me one price of one thousand some dolllars for hydrogetting and another for just rootering it for $410 and said they come with a warranty. I didn't want to wait another week for someone else to give me a quote (which is probably exactly why they wont give quotes over the phone) so I just agreed to pay it. My sister for example lives in Bowling Green. She has had this done 4 times and pays about $250 and they get rid of the roots. I paid the $410 . When he was done he said there are roots and if you don't pay the thousand for us to remove them they say I can't give you the warranty. They should probably lead with that. Update. 2 days later and my toilet is barely flushing. So yeah.
