My family I have been dining at AA China Super Buffet for a couple of years, and it's always been pretty good, usually lunch or dinner. It's pretty much what you would expect from a fairly busy restaurant. Here's my review after visiting over the past 2 years. I grew up in the SF Bay Area (Northern Cali) so I've had my share of buffet throughout the years. I truly feel this restaurant deserves a visit. [Good] Food is prepared and presented well Not as bland as other buffet restaurants, actually tastes good Pretty good selection of items for kids, and adults Sushi is actually pretty good, surprisingly good for a buffet Stuffed mushrooms are really good; I usually take most of them. sorry folks. The drinks (soda, lemonade, etc..) aren't watered down. Appreciate that! Cakes and desserts are pretty good Parking lot is large, parking isn't an issue Seating is quick and it's clean Most of all, my son (6-year-old) really enjoys the food [Not so good] The place has aged, needs a bit of a renovation Sometimes the empty serving trays will stay empty for too long, usually like 1 or 2 out of the entire selection, usually the steak or crab

Where are the eggs and obligatory peas, carrots, celery, something in that rice? Very disappointing! The best part of the meal was the egg roll which is no meal at all!

When I got home, there were no eggs at all in either order, not even the standard amount that's supposed to come with it. I even took photos, and you can clearly see there are no eggs in the rice. I called the next day to explain the issue. Instead of trying to understand or resolve it, the person I spoke with kept arguing with me and focusing on the extra eggs and saying they couldn't add those because I hadn't paid for them online, which is fine. Some places just adjust the amount but they clearly don't. That's not the main issue though. I clarified multiple times that even without the extra eggs, the dish is still supposed to include egg by default and mine DID NOT. He insisted that the chefs made it with eggs and said he believed them over me, which was frustrating as a customer. I was basically told to bring the rice back from the night before and they would remake it. Overall, very disappointing experience. The food was incorrect, and the customer service made it worse.
