Made our order @11:30. We were told to pull around and wait for the Chick Greenbeans, it would only take 7 mins. Then the next 3cars were told to pull over too. 2 of which recieved thier orders before us. Alberto tried to give us someone else's order. Then waited till 11:59 had to go in were they were just putting together our 2 plate dinners. Sometimes it's a miss BUT that's with any fast food chain Today I'm leaving this review solely on service I have a VERY picky eater. I took her inside so she could SEE the food and maybe be able to pick something (or try something) she liked. The staff (all male staff today) was SO patient and nice while I read everything to her and tried to describe the flavors. She ended up picking chow mein noodles and plain white rice. No meat I was kind of stressed about it but the guys working just loaded her up with what she asked for, smiled and didn't say a word. Absolutely the worst customer service and management. Went through the drive-thru, where the rude service starts, they forgot an order. Called and spoke to the manager who said "see me and I'll fix it" go back and the great customer service b!tch said he wasn't there. So, I'm at this location at least 1-2 times a month. The last 2 times I've been here, they got my order wrong or the food took a long time to get. I thought I'd give them a third try.... I'm sorry I did. I waited 14 minutes AFTER I paid to get my food. Not to mention, I went through the drive through and ended up having to go in to get the food. Then, I asked to make sure Rangoon's were in the bag, the woman in the black polo assured me they were. Maybe she should have checked, because they weren't. I had to go back around, park and go in again. Now 17 minutes later, I have my cold food and am heading home. I won't be back, sadly. So, it's been about a year and a half.... tried it again today. I ordered take out from here and when I got home and took the first bite of my food which was honey walnut shrimp and chow mein, I had a piece of glass that I bit and it almost cracked my tooth. I called to talk to a "manager" but there wasn't one on duty that night and someone was supposed to call me back in the morning and never did. Nobody seemed to care and they were aware that they had an item with fiber glass break and were in the process of replacing it while still serving food in the broken container. First I have to say that I usually look forward to eating at Panda. It's not Panda , it's this location and the lack of proper management. When you have kids running your establishment in my eyes it's not their fault when things are not up to industry standards. Bottomline , service is below average at best. 1.) Order accuracy is lacking and portions are too often smaller than what they should be compared to other Panda locations . 2.) No after sale customer support . I have been in line waiting to order more than once and have watched employees argue with customer's( two in a row on this visit) about their order being right or wrong. Wednesday 02/21/18 approx 7:30 pm. What the h*ll is wrong with me? This place is terrible and tonight was the worst! The service was good but the food was terrible and I mean awful! The brown rice was old and undercooked. How do you undercook rice in a rice cooker?! The chow mein was flavorless normally it has lots of cabbage and there was practically none. The broccoli beef was mostly broccoli, little beef, but again NO flavor just sauce. The Kung pao chicken has very few veggies again lots of sauce and some slivers of chicken. I went to panda for flavorful food. It was flavorless. What a waste of money! I am so disgusted with this place. I am tired of wasting my money here. I have Been to this location a few times in the last few months and recently in the last week and literally EVERY TIME I have been they are out of teriyaki chicken. So I placed an online order 45 minutes in advance, husband went to pick it up and it wasn't ready to go. Then he gets home and I open my container of food to find out that I ordered the broccoli and beef but really it's only broccoli because as you can see in the picture there is NO beef in it. When you dig down into it I find two tiny pieces and that was it. For a double order on the entree that is totally unacceptable and a waste of money. I could have gone to HEB and gotten a bag of broccoli for way cheaper if I had a broccoli craving. This store should be embarrassed. Not only is the staff not trained or skilled to be in the food industry, but at 530pm (dinner time to pick up food and get home), over half of the entrees are completely empty with nothing cooking to be prepared for the dinner rush. Wok fried shrimp is my favorite thing of all the things on the menu. I love it and that's the only thing that I get there since they started having it and it's - I just love it when it's fresh I don't need any rice and it is just absolutely divine.
