I eat here often. The food is always fresh and flavorful. The fries are best fresh also so do with that as you will.

After coming to Bojangles for the second time I decided to write this review right from the booth where I am currently eating. Bojangles is easily the greatest chain of chicken I have ever had, they have prices equivalent to the competition and quality that exceeds fast food expectations. What we have here is a renaissance in fried chicken, affordable food, and a down-to-earth environment that feels as if you're eating at home with family. This Bojangles location recently opened in Burleson. We've been eager to try it since the sign went up. My kiddo works across the street, so we finally got the chance to stop in today. We each decided to try one of their plates of chicken tenders. The food was very tasty. A bit of spice, but certainly nothing overwhelming. Fries were delicious, biscuit was among the best I've ever had at a fast food place. All around, just a very nice time. Staff were friendly, place was clean, all in all I just have no complaints. I'll be eager to return here and try some different selections. Menu is small, but specialized. No frills, but also no fat in need of trimming. They do chicken, they do it well, and I think you'll enjoy it if you're a fan of fried chicken and southern style comfort food. read more

Excited to try Bojangles and took the kids to try it too. I ate at one in NC long ago and only remembered the dirty rice and the crunchy breading on the tenders. The staff was super friendly and helpful which is vital when you don't know what to order... we all ordered tenders along with various sides. Seasoned fries, dirty rice and macaroni and cheese. We also had different sauces buffalo, spicy peach, jalapeño ranch and Bo sauce. These were some unique flavors! The tenders were large and the meat was soft and flavorful, the breading is very crunchy and a bit much for us. The sides were all very good but the biscuits were a solid 10/10 and won the meal for our point of view. Inside is bright, clean and plenty of seating, they have a few outdoor tables too. read more

I travel alot around DFW. Fourth Bo's I tried now. I will give the sweet young lady at the counter for helping me out when the app didn't work. (+1*) Bo's sent me a reward for a free biscuit, reward would not load into my order. Plus app does not allow you to order a side of gravey or jelly. Out of the 4 locations, this one wins the dirtiest of them all. Only 2 tables were clean. All the other tables you could see crumbs, trash,and sticky spots on table tops. NASTY! One shimmer of hope, this location actually got our food out in 25 minutes. Still too long of a wait when your the only customer. Went to get flatware, straws, and napkins all empty. Then had to go back to the counter to ask for a plate to eat my biscuit and gravey. Far as I could tell only two people were working. The young lady was working both the drive-thru and front counter. One cook, trying to cook. The person I assumed was the manager, stood in the lobby area watching traffic go by on hwy. The biscuits were at least hot but slightly over cooked. Super brown tops and bottoms. Edible but not enjoyable. The round potatoes were undercooked and not even warm. Actually kind of soggy and wet inside, and we still had a 25 minute wait. Those rounds should of been hot and crispy brown. Then the big let down was the tea was super weak, somone did not steep long enough. I'm not sure Bo's is going to make it in Texas. Super long wait time for food, kiosk and app incomplete, and constant inconsistent quality of food. Never know what you will get, if you ever get your food. Although I like that crisp crunch of the chicken, I'm sticking with Chick-Fil-A, no more Bo's for me. How hard could it be to properly manage a limited item franchise? read more

Really good chicken strips. Really good biscuits. Chicken sandwich is among the top 5 amongst fast food competitors. A good selection of sides and the fries are really good. Disappointed in the following: no bone-in chicken, no spicy chicken, no gravy or housemade barbecue dipping sauce, no honey for my biscuit. And get out of here with those Pepsi products. More than anything we want bone-in chicken like you have on the East Coast. I'll be glad when Popeyes moves back to Burleson soon. read more

The only reason why I am giving them two stars is because the customer service is great. However, quality of food was terrible. They should not be allowed to have the name Bojangles if they're gonna deliver such terrible tasting food. The hashbrowns had so much grease in them. You couldn't taste the potato. It was soft and not cooked all the way and I got a sausage and egg biscuit. The biscuit was so greasy. My stomach is now hurting terribly bad because of all the grease, but I was so hungry. I tried to eat it all and I couldn't because it just was so terrible. It was no seasoning in the meat it taste so bland. I am so confused. The sweet tea was good. Ordered a 3 piece combo at the drive thru. Food was disappointing. Fries were limp and over-salted and the tenders were dry and over-salted. Biscuit was dry and flavorless. I had a promotion on my Bojangles app for a buy one get one sandwich. I stopped by there, and when I opened my app and logged into it, it would login but. It only displayed the Bojangles logo which just bounced up and down but would not go past that point. I tried multiple times with same results. I went inside and the girl working the cash register said she did not know what to do about it. when I asked to speak to the manager, he said, let me look at my app. I could tell by the look on his face that he could not get the app to open either. He did not show me, but said that the app was working fine. It had to be my phone .I said I came here as a customer to get buy one get one and he said he could not sell it to me because I had to use the app. I told him I could not use the app because the app would not open and that was not my fault. It's a problem with the Bojangles app. He said too bad. There's nothing I can do about it. I asked him he was gonna allow me to leave here, aggravated, without making something work and not try to honor the deal that was provided to a regular Bojangles customer, he said I guess so. His name was Jacob and claimed to be the general manager He made no attempt to help a customer with Bojangles problem. I think Bojangles has some of the best fried chicken and I love their sandwiches. I was very pleased when they came to town. I ended up going a block down the Street to Chick-fil-A where I was treated with courtesy, respect and honor. my wife and I are both Vietnam era veterans and I am a service connected disabled veteran. My money is better spent elsewhere. Extremely poor customer service by an individual, as a "general manager", should have been able to work around their problems. read more

I gave this spot a try and it hit the spot.
