Went through the drive threw, and ordered. After I paid, the lady handed the bag of food to me, I checked the bag over, and saw that a lid to one of the boxes of food, was completely open, and before I had a chance to say anything, the lady had shut the window, and walked away. I had to tap on it to get someones attention, and another person came to the window, and I said something about the open lid on the box of food. She looked annoyed, but took the bag, after waiting a few minutes, she open the window and handed the bag back to me, and just said they had stopped putting stickers on their boxes, because they quit stocking them. By the time I got my home, the food was cold, and tasted like it had sat, like not freshly made. Will not be going back anytime soon. I REFUSE TO EAT IN THE CAR. This drive thru only and they lost my business. I went down the road and got a really good meal.

Usually I love this location but the last 3 times I have been I've been disappointed. Time 1 I ordered 2 egg rolls, made it home and they weren't in the bag. The manager was very gracious when I called and told me to bring in my receipt whenever and I could get them. Time 2 and 3 I go, weeks apart, and they are out of egg rolls both time. I know this isn't a big deal but the facts that a Chinese food place doesn't have egg rolls is very disappointing. read more

They always get my order wrong, I always end up having to pull up and wait for at least ten minutes for my food and generally the people aren't nice. Maria is so rude and willingly let me leave without my food and was so rude when I asked her about it. When you order Teriyaki Chicken through the drive through, you expect to get one to go cup of teriyaki sauce to go with it. If you order two orders of teriyaki chicken, then you expect two cups. If you order four teriyaki chickens, then you expect four cups, right? Wrong, not at this Panda express. You get one cup, no matter how much chicken you order. Now, you could just write this off as a mistake, but if you ask for more, you get seriously tacky responses from the drive through attendant, and they will either refuse to give you the right amount of cups, or will only give you more if you pay for it. You could also just write this off as a bad employee if it happened once, but if it happens multiple times over several months with multiple employees, then its obvious its a management issue. This is straight up theft. The order is for teriyaki chicken, not grilled chicken, by not giving out the full order, you are stealing from your customers. Do yourself a favor, even if you're in a rush and want to go through the drive through, drive the extra 10 minutes to the Panda Express off of 35 and Alsbury. They won't rip you off there. read more

This is, without a doubt, the single worst restaurant in all of Burleson. The staff are horribly inept and incredibly slow. Over the years, I have had several orders with incorrect items or just completely missing. The manager always explained it away as nothing because they're a training spot. But after waiting ten minutes in line to be told they were out of over half the menu, even though they had nearly an hour before closing, was the last straw. Do not eat here. Vote with your wallet and let Panda know they need to be better. read more

Best lunch is when you go in and everything turns out better than expected. This was my lunch experience here at Panda. Was helped right away. Girl who took my order was friendly and informative. Cashier was friendly as well. Gave me a free drink because the veggies weren't ready. Ended up being a 2 minute wait. Nice hot meal and taste delicious. Kudos to this Panda Express crew. read more

11-4-18 everyone is intitaled to a bad day, so I tried to forget my last meal at this location. But tonight same thing, I always order Shanghai Angus and walnut shrimp. The walnut shrimp was cooking while I was in line and I thought "great" fresh cooked and hot. When I got home the shrimp wasn't far from raw. It was doughy inside, yuck. The fried rice, I think did not have enough soy sauce or what ever changes the color to brownish. It was mostly white, bland and al dente. I don't want under cooked rice. The shanghai beef was the best part of my meal, but lots and lots of onions. This location is close to my house, but I will drive further to get good food. I see years of bad reviews now, I never looked before. Management supposedly is going to take care of the problems, I am doubtful. read more

Whether ordering online or in drive thru, this location takes FOREVER!! Order online, and the. Arrive to pick up, and the order isn't even started, wait for them to make it - every time - so what was the point of ordering online? Despite their horrific rating they manage to be busy at the usual meal times, our last and final visit. We waited in the same drive thru spot while a back passenger ran over to golden chick, order, paid and returned - we were in the same spot. After 20 min in the drive thru, arrived at window - order isn't ready. We were asked to pull forward, park and wait. We quickly realized the all the cars around us, are waiting also. The whole ordeal took about 45 minutes. All the other Pandas I have been to, have been quick and efficient, while still delivering good quality food. Go somewhere else, TASTE OF ASIA DELIVERS! So I gave a really bad review a while bAck and wasn't going tO go back there! But my kids really wanted panda and I caved. I am glad I did things looked a lot better the girls in the drive through was nice and got us at of there in no time at all. I will admit I thought well this is probably not going to be hot. One of my favorite places to eat. The dining area is small and it's usually packed around dinner time.

We go here a lot because we live down the street and just about every single time they either get the order wrong or leave things out. It's become a joke now. I always end up pulling forward and waiting when I get the veggies as a side. Not quite sure why that is. This place is terrible. We come about 2x a week and this one is closer to our house but the staff here is a bunch of kids who are very unprofessional. We walked in and there were FOUR people standing in front of us and not one of them said welcome or how can we help. They, instead, were flirting and playing around OVER the food. We finally are served and they say the teriyaki chicken was going to take 10-15 minutes and it was ready as soon as we paid. As were eating, we look and see nobody in sight and all we heard was screaming and laughing from the back. They come to the front and they're cussing and talking loud enough we can hear them. I'd rather drive out an extra ten minutes out of my way than come to this place again. As I'm typing this they are laughing about another employee being inside the sink. Disappointing and We won't be coming back. The 8 o'clock staff is very unprofessional and doesn't respresent Panda Express the way it should be represented. Fast service and the food is usually fresh. If I've ever had a problem with an order, they fix it right away and are very service oriented.

This location is hardly ever a positive experience. But it is the only one in the city and you are forced to go there. I have been to other locations where I am not rushed out the door and my order is ALWAYS correct. A person can talk to the manager, but he will stare at you blankly and not resolve the problem. The food is hardly fresh and a customer has to wait way too long for it to be cooked. read more

I love Panda Express. Love. We eat here quite often, this same location. However, my last two experiences have been horrible. While ordering at the drive thru, the woman rushed me through my order. I seen that my order was wrong on the screen so I let her know and the response I got was "yes I know what you want, what else" so I was like okay, Odd. Pull up to the window she opens it says the total and nothing else. I give her my card and she rubs it and gives it back. Still saying nothing. Then proceeds to SHOVE my two bags into my hands and just shuts the window. I sit there and ask for more sauce and she practically throws it into my car, like she was in a rush. It was not busy at all. There was one far behind me and two people inside. VERY unprofessional and unpleasant. Let me add I'm sorry. I get home, and half of my order is not correct and the other half is missing. I will be choosing a different location. read more

This location has gotten worst over the past few months. The manager John is very rude and treats you like a 5 year old. I made a comment about the serving size and he said "Oh well, buy another item if you want more" The girl that helped me didn't listen to my order and gave me the wrong items and got mad when she had to start over.
