Eating at Burger King again. Everything was hot, tasty, and fulfilling. Good sweet tea also. Used the drive thru and everything went perfectly, and the lady was extremely nice and very helpful. Assistant Manage did not listen to our order at all, if you cannot hear while taking someone's order you should not be working in the front at all. Ordered a Whopper with cheese. I should have checked the bag before driving away, but I got home to find a chicken sandwich. What I really got was a mayonnaise sandwich. The mayo layer was thicker than the "chicken". I say "chicken" because it is a water and filler patty with no actual chicken flavor. read more

Where to begin... We started off with an online order. Picked it up in the drive thru. When we get home we're missing food and 3 of the burgers were wrong. We head back up there to get the order fixed. When we pulled up they had a bright yellow truck parked out front blasting not so appropriate music. It's all good though, not knocking that, but the guy that the truck belonged to had a girl pinned to the wall and she's just having a good ol time with her hands in his pants. Things get worse when I walk in and she comes in behind me and goes straight to the desk and asked how she could help me. Then decided to get an attitude with me because I told her they messed up on our order. She insisted that they didn't and that I just ordered it wrong. Stating that she knows how to read. Maybe she does... But doesn't mean she knows how to follow directions or wash her hands. I just said forget it and we tossed out our entire meal that night. We will NEVER be back there. read more

BK has ALWAYS made lunch for breakfast and I go here specifically to get a chicken sandwich for breakfast, or sometimes a whopper. Today is a new day because I was just told no by the drive through person. The fact that I could get lunch for breakfast was the main reason I go to BK. Guess I'm done with BK from now on. I placed my order in the app to pick up at the restaurant. When I received my food I checked it and two burgers were made wrong. I went inside and the guy took both burgers from me and a few minutes later returned them both. I went back to my car and check the burgers only to find that they scraped off what was wrong and tried to cover it with a layer of cheese. I took it back and requested it be made correctly. Let me mention that when I brought the burgers back initially I saw them handle both burgers without gloves. Aside from trying to cover the residue of mayo and ketchup with extra cheese they removed one patty from a double burger and placed three really small patties in place of one that was removed. And to make things worse the guy got attitude with me because I brought the food back a second time and requested it be made right. This happened at 9:20 at night and I cannot report it to Burger King. Not that they will do anything about it. By the time I got home everything was cold and not edible. 50$ wasted. Went to this location to use a free app offer on a pancake platter cashier made it very confusing said the app was saying it was just pancakes and not a whole meal but I could use for a meal anyway, then charged for a meal, no pancake syrup in the store then didn't want to give me ice at the drive thru even though there was no ice at dine in machine she started arguing with me about how to use the ice machine in the dining area gos all the way to cuss at me and made fun of my age needless to say I didn't my way this all happened on the morning of 12/24/22 guess the cashier wasn't in the Christmas mood? Not sure if they didn't read the order or didn't care. We ordered 5 Whoppers with cheese. 2 with no pickles. 1 with extra onions. We received 5 whoppers. 3 with no cheese. 0 with onions. 1 with mustard. Pickles on all of them. I think they had a bunch of burgers already prepared and just threw them in the bag. Don't waste your time coming to this Burger King and using their drive-through the people that work here do not know how to handle any business at all there were zero people in the drive-through and they had to make me wait before they took my order and then when they finally took my order when I pet went up to the window to pay they asked me to pull around to the double doors and we pulled around and waited for over 30 minutes for our food and they were other four maybe five people in cars waiting for their food they take the Ford fast out of fast food this is not fast if you're trying to come here for lunch please pass it up because you will get back to work late very very bad service in the drive-through read more

This location is a travesty. They don't follow the hours for breakfast, and they close early. The location is empty because they get EVERY order wrong. I went in and heard the female employee who was supposed to be taking my order tell her boss that she had to go take care of her husband who was sent to prison. She never took my order and the manager had to because she left. Then the manager charged me for an upsize I never asked for. When I went to get my refund he argued with me that I did order the upsize. They will rob you blind if you aren't paying attention. The customer is always WRONG! read more

Today I placed order and the older Hispanic lady working stated cook asked if you get something else, he doesn't want to cook it. I stated I didn't want that I wanted this.
