We stopped in this place with the expectation of a clean car. As we saw a lot of people there. We got the super wash, and it was supposed to include vacuuming, tire wash, cleaning of interior and exterior, and their automatic wash and paid additional for the plastic carpet wash. Little did we know how disappointed we were gonna be. Don't waste your money and time on this place. They have horrible custome service and aren't doing the job. Multiple cars go there for convenience as the car wash is very accessible in the main street, which was the main reason for us to stop too, but this place is not worth the money. The car remained dirty, the wheels were dirty, and the same dirty cloth was used to "dry" the inside and outside of the car. Money wasted as we ended up redoing everything ourselves. read more

I paid for the deluxe wash with tire clean my tires weren't clean. My floors were still dirty in my car and they did not lift my up to vacuum. This was the worst car wash I've ever had. I arrived at Dr.CarWash today, February 8, 2023, at 5:25pm and the employee said that it had just close. Then proceeded to slide to close sign at the entrance. I had just checked the web site at 5:00pm and it said it closes at 6:00pm. I took off in rush hour traffic to made it at there 5:25pm to learn it was close.That's was a big waste of my time and gas. I decide to go wait in my car since I only got an exterior wash. Time goes by this guy is on his phone walking around. Only one lady wiping the interior of a car and another guy on the wheels. So I wait and still nothing as my car gets trapped around the build up. I call inside and no owner. As I'm in the phone the guy that was talking in his phone then starts wiping down a car with no spray but a phone in his other hand casually just wiping random areas as other ladies join him but they are actually doing their job and working hard. My mom brought two cars to get cleaned after my sisters because they did a good job on hers but by the time we came back to get two other cars of ours cleaned, we got the cars back and they didn't do a good job. I paid $40 for a car wash. My car mats, seats, rims are still dirty. My inside mirrors are still dirty this was a waste of money.

The service is completely rushed and the staff do everything they can to not engage with customers. While social distancing is the call for the current situation, they've taken this as license to give awful customer service. It started with the intake line. When I asked what the different levels of service included the guy pointed to the sign. When i said i couldn't read it from here he explained a few. As soon as i made my selection he printed a receipt and pointed to the payment line. Didn't even let me finish my question. The wait was as expected. I've gone to this car wash for several years even when they were Mr. Wash. The service then was somewhat decent but now as Dr. Wash the service is horrible! I've had to wait numerous times for someone to dry my vehicles off. Lessons have been learned. Do yourself a favor and find another car wash! read more

Proceed With Caution.. I brought my car to the Landover Hills, MD location on 7/17/21 and selected the Ultimate Wash. I opted to have my two front Toyota OEM weatherproof mats be washed and placed back into my car as an "a la carte" service. After waiting a long time for my car to be dried off and the windows wiped, I proceeded to drive off. When I opened my driver's side door, I noticed that neither my driver's side nor front passenger side mat had not been installed back into place. I spoke to a supervisor there and asked where are my mats. He want back inside the building and came back about 10-15 mins later. He told me that they must have given them to another patron by mistake. I left my name and contact#. I was told that the manager would contact me back. Garbage. Just tried this place for the 1st time. Spent $18.95 for the Deluxe wash. Came on here to write a review and see all these people who had the same experience that I did. The bottom line is that they are not a detail oriented place. There are no checks and balances to oversee the work. I got in the car after they were finished and they hadn't even wiped the center console... seriously? They didn't wipe out the cup holders or door panel/ handles. Basically, the places that need the most focus looked the same as they did when I walked in. The drive thru is decent. I gave an extra star because the exterior looked pretty good. I went here because I was passing by, there wasn't a line and my car was in need. I'm in the silver spring area frequently and have been going to Montgomery Hills on Georgia ave for a few years. Let me say, light years better. Better service (the woman who rang me up here barely took her eyes off her phone) better prices and better management. I'll start by saying this first, i have been going to this location for the past 5 years and with every name change and company change the quality of service just keeps on going down hill. I went to the car wash on a Sunday afternoon and it wasn't packed but it wasn't empty. My car hasn't gotten a cleaning in a long time so it needed to be vacuumed. I paid for the tire dressing as well. Well i go inside to pay for my wash and some air fresheners (the attendant inside didn't even greet me or smile or even speak - i speak both English and Spanish and greeted her in Spanish and she just looked at me) and i see my car being washed not even two minutes after going inside. I was with friends so i wasn't really paying attention , even tipped the guys thinking they did they're job... BOY WAS I A FOOL! For starters , no one did my tires, i asked the guy who did a half a** job of wiping my windows off if the tires were done, he asked another guy who said something in Spanish in an angry tone and spit on the floor in my direction, i told my brother and his friend for us to just leave because i wasn't happy with how i was Being treated and that i just wouldn't come here anymore. I pulled over to the Pep Boys to put new air fresheners up. What did i find? My car wasn't vacuumed , the center console wasn't wiped down. I had ashes i accidentally spilled over in my car and it was there still inside of the cup holders. I have attached photos . Save your money. I payed for the Super Wash and for dashboard dressing. Once "they were done" I had to remind them that I payed for the interior dressing, as you could see in other reviews the stuff they use is like a blue ish looking liquid. They put it all over the dashboard and on the side panels, I'm not sure if it's included or not but they did not even bothered to apply it to the rear doors. Do yourself a favor and just buy your own stuff. It was additional $4 for the interior dressing and I had to remind them. Also they do not really vacuum it really well. When I got inside the car it still had some dirt under my floor mats with I'm guessing they didn't even bother to remove them, not just that but I still had some dirt on my seats and the storage compartments. For the price is not really worth it. If that is what they did for the super wash I can't imagine what's like to get the cheaper ones. So disappointed. read more

I would rate this car wash at -1 if possible. They rush to clean your car, and get upset and insult you in Spanish; not realizing there are non-latino people who are fluent in Spanish too. I tried to give this place a second chance, which was a terrible idea. The carpets are never fully vacuumed, they rush to clean the interior; and they don't even give you the option to pay to have your seat upholstery cleaned. I got the Ultimate wash. They used some blue gooey grease to shine the interior of my car but it left an awful residue. It's all over my hands or anything that touches my dashboard, doors or console. I've had to use wet wipes to try to get rid of the residue. They also used dirty rags on my windows. They were all left streaky. Lastly they wiped down my car but somehow thought it was okay to leave the bird droppings all over my back window. I took 2 cars through Dr. Wash, a truck and a car. The truck, I paid for the "Hot Lava", when it came out there was not a shine in-sight. I had something sticky on the window, they left it. I paid over $30 for this wash. The second car came out still filthy, another $30 flushed down the toilet. The icing on the cake is they don't care that you are a dissatisfied customer. I should have read the reviews for this place before coming instead of going off of my experience from 7 years ago. This place is trash! Do not come here and take heed of all the poor reviews you see here. Your fellow customers know what they are talking about. Don't bother coming here it will be a waste of your money. I came today to get my exterior wash and they did not even complete that. My car is still dirty especially the roof. I asked for it to be run again through the machine which they refused. The attendants were barely responsive and seemed to keep referencing someone else to take care of things. When someone finally did come along to manually clean the roof of my car he made a big show of it as if he were doing me a favor. At the end of it he said he couldn't clean it because of some ununderstandable reason as if my roof were stained or something. When I got home I got a pair of wipes and attempted to wipe the roof of my car and GO FIGURE it comes off easily with hardly a rough scrub. I'll never come back here and will still need to take my car to a better car wash to get properly cleaned! Don't bother coming here. You will waste your money and not get the service you need.
