Very rude & unprofessional I have no idea how he dares to call himself "Dr"? My door was not sliding well so I called him to give me an estimate. He came and "diagnosed" the problem and said that it will cost about $600 but if he needs to change the tracks also, it will cost more. I asked how much more, he replied that it depends on how long it will take him to do it, but when I insisted to get a price before he starts, he became argumentative and rude, claiming that I was wasting his time?!
