Negative zero stars for them! Got their info from Floor & Decor to tile our guest bath. He called and offered to give us a better price if we cut out Floor & Decor and go to them directly. We stupidly did that. This is the worst tile job I've ever seen and we've done quite a few. The tile guy wouldn't know how to tile his way out of a paper bag, I think he just watched a you tube video or something and tried to do tile for the first time, that's how bad it is. When they came and looked at it, he told his guy to fix a few things and the rest he just ignored. There's areas of grout missing or have holes in them, the "bullnose" is non existent, and the tiles do not match up and it all looks wavy. There are tiles sticking out, nothing was leveled. They used silicone on the corners of the shower to try to hide how bad it looks ! They wouldn't even give us any money off for the crappy job. DO NOT EVER USE THEM ! read more

I would never recommend this company. Asked for a service, and was charged $310 for added Freon. Ac then quit working. Couldn't get a call back for over a day. Our kitchen sink was clogged for 3 days causing the water to back up into our washing machine during a holiday weekend and all of our go to guys weren't available. I requested a quote on yelp to find someone that could help us right away and Dr. Rescue replied within minutes and I was able to schedule someone to come out within 2 hours. They sent Matt P. To fix our clog and he was able to get it fixed that same day at a very reasonable price. He even answered all of my mom's questions and was very patient and respectful, thank you for that! Had several issues to address.... the main issue was a HVAC drain line into a bathroom drain line that was clogged from the wall out....Luke was professional, and answered all questions. He was able to get the line running so my AC does not shut off again. They charge a $79 fee which is waived upon service, and it was $285 to clear the line... A little pricier than my prior plumbing company at $165 but unfortunately he was not able to come out for several days. Would recommend. read more

This summer has been brutal. The temperatures are higher than normal without any rain insight. Not to mention our air conditioner went out on June 15, 2023. Dr. Rescue was assigned by our home warranty company. Dr. Rescue seemed to have all of there ducks in a row and appeared attentive to our needs as a representative came out to assist w/ our air conditioning unit. This is were it went to hell and a hand basket.It took Dr Doctor Rescue almost 3 weeks to communicate what parts they needed to be order by the home warranty company. The wrong part was ordered. The technician who is the only bright part to this company got the part ordered within 3 days. It took Dr. Rescue over a month to fix our AC system when temps were over 100 degrees. My wife had to take herself and our pet to a hotel room; due to Dr. Rescue inability to connect to the proper channels regarding fixing our AC. We felt unappreciated, uniformed and undervalued by this company. I would not recommend them to anyone ever for anything unless you like paying a lot of money and getting very little customer service. I often called multiple times a day before and no one would answer the phone.II'll get no calls till the next day if I was lucky. I'm unhappy with this company and will never use them again. My master shower decided to start leaking and I was in a place where I couldn't handle life throwing one more curveball at me. When I spoke to a dispatcher, I told them I needed someone that day. Dr. Rescue installed water heater and we had problems with getting hot water (only one person can take a bath and then we had to wait at least 30-40 minutes prior to another taking a bath, washing dishes, etc.). We called them out to check the water heater. Matt (approximately 25 years old) came out. He first told us that the hot water had to go from the water tank, to the washing machine, to the guest bathroom and then back to the kitchen before going into the master bath. When I told him that the pipes were not connected from the washing machine to the baths he didn't believe me and checked the attic himself. He then told us that the path of the water minus the washing machine is the way it is going. Then he said that our pipes were old and this is stopping the hot water flow. (House was repiped approximately 10 years ago) Funny, the old heater we had that they took out we had plenty of hot water any time we needed it and told him. He then said that we had to mix the cold with the hot water to get it to move to the bathroom and the problem was the walk-in tub which took all of the hot water. He then stated that it was the shower head in the guest bathroom causing the problem and replaced it. After him trying to convenience us that his explanation is correct and me stating that this is incomprehensible he got mad, walked out the door and left. We tried to call several times afterwards to speak to the owner to ask him if someone more experienced could come and check if the heating element was the problem but they let the messages go to voice and did not return calls. We then got an e-mail from them "Dr. Rescue LLC Release and Hold Harmless Agreement". Before you use this company, I would strongly recommend you stop and think. He might do good repairs/replacements but for us we are stuck with a problem that another company (and another expense) will have to fix. I think that since we are Senior Citizens this is the service we get!!! read more
