One called a week after the wall was done asking if I still needed a quote. Two contractors seemed like they didn't want to be bothered with a small job like mine. Dwayne called back quickly, we set up a time for him to come out and give a bid. He called when traffic was delaying his arrival. He gave me his verbal quote on the spot after looking at the job and was able to start the next day if I wanted since he had an opening. I said start the next day! He followed up with a written contract. The crew & Dwayne arrived early when they said they would, did a great job, cleaned up nicely. His bid was in the middle of the others I got. I'm really happy with the work.

We were guided through the initial meeting to discuss our desires, to meeting with the architect to put our needs on paper, and then Ritz shepherded all of that through engineering and permits. Once construction began, we were assigned a project manager who seemed to orchestrate the trades like a symphony and the build was completed in 5 months, even with the speed bumps of dodging winter rains and adding a fire suppression system. Communication was excellent. We were informed of decisions we needed to make, and were given explanations, options, alternatives during the building process. Of course no build is perfect, however everything was approached with a team view and effort to find the right solutions. I'm grateful for our project manager Adan for explaining pros, cons, and providing suggestions that made the final build even better than originally designed.
