Very unprofessional comments for sales person in the store. Offensive even. I was buying my…read moredaughter her first pair of glasses and she was excited and knowing they would probably end up getting lost at some point. When he proposed the coating on lenses that's shatterproof i politely declined and he proceeded to say "ok so we will get the regular lenses that shatter and go in the eye and stuff"!!!! Very unprofessional and he said it in front of my daughter. If the lenses were that unsafe then maybe you should not sell them and maybe you should talk to people with respect instead of trying to make them feel like they are intentionally hurting their kid and getting them lenses that will shatter in her eyes! She is traumatized and scared to wear them!

The other pair have had the lenses fall out THREE times. Just took them out of the case and BOTH lenses fell on the floor again! This has happened so often that I had to go to another optical company and get a pair made b/c these things are falling out of the frames even while I was trying to drive at night, when I need them. Picked the glasses out and went to pick them up when they were ready. I tried them on and couldn't see. Had to wait until the next day for a new exam. Got the new script and the lady told me they questioned the first script but the Dr said it was correct. Got my second pair of glasses and I am still using my old glasses because I work in an office and need to be able to read. Now I can't get them to return my call to set up another appointment and miss a 3rd day of work to get a script that works. What is up with this? I have used my insurance so I have to wait another year to go somewhere else. I'm very unhappy and am stuck with glasses that don't help me see. Why won't they return my call?
