MUST READ YELPERS!!!!!!!…read more I need to express my experience here....First Class!! This was by far the best car buying experience I had ever had...I have bought cars from dealerships in New England as well as several in Monterey. When I came Stacy and Sal worked "WITH" me...they listened to what I wanted, needs, and helped me get the best for my truck I had at the time. My trade in...they offered me a great trade in..They told me I may be better of attempting to sell it on my own as an option..but they were willing to take it from me(for a good deal , better than anyone else by far). I explained I wanted a 1000 more than what they could give me..which i was borderline probably not going to get unless i was patient.. I had several cars picked out...I test drove them..and not once did i hear you look good in that car, or what can i do to get you to drive off today(LIKE WHAT EVERY OTHER SCUM BAG DOES)..they did not call me and say ..the black Lincoln or BMW is being looked at..you may want to come in... In the meantime I sold my truck on Craigslist ..that same day Sal offered to give me what I was waiting on for weeks ...and he didn't know that i sold it..he simply was trying to help me out(the numbers were not in his favor of getting a steal from me like most trade in's are, or what other places would have done to me on a paid off truck) The car i wanted was coming to the lot but need a few things done and tested on it before I bought it(all ligget stuff) .. Sal and Stacy gave me one of their cars off the lot to use because I sold my truck and had no vehicle..I drove one of their Mercedes for two weeks until my car was ready...(I got a flat on the first car..i changed tire drove back and they put me in that benz) They to this day have helped me out on stuff that was my own fault (i.e breaking specialized key) while my warranty was now gone..and to just flat out help..they saved me(by doing some phone calls) between towing cost and key cost several hundred dollars by finding out what code i needed to have my car fixed...from my own mistake.i was able to not spend a dime on that key... Stacey and Sal completely took care of me like I was family and I never met them till the day i walked on their lot...My name is anonymous and I have the ability to pick any dealership to walk into, but after my experience here I will continue to do business with them for the rest of my car buying life...!! I could go on and on about how great they were..but you get the point! Solid 5 Stars.....

He also kept another of our cars, a '99 no less, going strong and smoothly until it met an untimely demise. His knowledge of these cars is as immense and his experience is long, he started in a Volvo specifically shop before opening his own many years ago. Even after passing our beloved and reliable Volvo to our high schooler, I looked around and chose another Volvo because I like them and have such trust in our mechanic. Bought used in LA, a couple of unforeseen problems that were quite significant manifest, one serious enough to have me on a flatbed! He straightened them out deftly and the car seems to be running perfect ever since

The key making guy is an independent contractor and comes "when he is inspired", but he does COME BACK quickly :) Getting a service appt to program the key after it's made was fast and efficient! Their staff KNOWS A LOT and maybe could use some help answering phones, even just to put people on hold. The key programming appt was easily rushed into their schedule, they checked my fluids and aligned my tires (see GOODYEAR in Capitola review for more about the tires) and I was in and out in the precise amount of time they told me over the phone. The lounge is nice with free wifi, snacks, and a very nice guy services the soda machine (not a Fiat Seaside employee :) The experience gave me confidence about returning for service on my beloved Fiat. THANK YOU! UPDATE: April of 2018 ESC LIGHT ON Handbook that came with my car was actually very helpful getting my car out of PARK with a screwdriver (without causing damage). Julian was up front when I arrived very upset as the car BEEPED from Santa Cruz to Seaside. I was a spontaneous late booking. Diagnosis of problem was prompt. Correcting the issue (mass of loose wiring in bumper) took longer. It was a rather lengthy wait for the car, but well worth it to have the car in the best possible hands. Julian, the Assistant Office Manager, is very communicative with worried car owners and clearly works well with the mechanics, making for clear communication to ensure confidence and satisfaction for every customer. But they made me feel like my car repair MATTERED and that is refreshing. The issue was resolved for a very reasonable fee. I didn't have plans for my tax return yet anyway. Ha! I STILL recommend this Car Service Repair connected to the Dealer of same if your Fiat needs service.

Yelp advertises Miracle Touch as a auto detailing business but it is not. I hired Harry to put a hard wax on my truck. He showed up to my house and needed to use my hose and water to wet down my truck. I had just washed it the day before so I was very familiar with the finish and that all it needed was a good hard wax for protection. The water at my house is full of minerals. I left Harry to do the job and when I came out to pay him he says to me "You have a lot of water spots. I should have charged you $80. Don't tell anyone I only charged you $40." I looked at my truck and it was covered everywhere with water spots which Harry decided to wax OVER. It looked terrible. I said "why didn't you tell me it was covered in water spots? I would not have had you wax it." I knew the water spots were because he had sprayed the truck with water and then let it sit in the sun while he waxed it but, I decided to not address that issue with him. This was Harry's response..."you know, Yelp advertises me as an Auto Detailer but I am not. I am a painter." Well, you can imagine that my blood was boiling by this point but I just gave him the $40 and sent him on his way. I spent $250 having the water spots removed and a very good hard wax job done by Jim's Detailing the next day. I decided to write this review because Harry should not be doing detailing. He said himself that he is not a detailer. I really do not recommend Harry for detailing and I wouldn't recommend him for any service he offers based upon my experience with him. He should have never agreed to wax my truck.
