I called him, and not only was it clear (via iPhone) that he listened to the voicemail, but he never bothered responding even with a "no I can't help". When I went to the pharmacy, they told me he's old and grumpy but "loves his job" and to try again. I texted twice. Nothing. Don't put your number on your voicemail if you aren't actually going to help patients. Fail.

Both my husband and I trust this clinic. During our last appointments, Dr. Kristi Poe, was beyond thorough. She explained things in a way we could understand, answered all our questions and concerns , and made sure we were informed with the recommendations. Her technician is quite kind and compassionate . My last trip to the office for a product pick up, I was met with a beautiful smile from Mari. She assisted me in an order pick up and guided me with some questions I had. She was able to provide insight to who I need to contact regarding follow up. The other front desk personnel is amazing too. Unfortunately, I can't recall her name. She is definitely worth a shout out too! For giving me compliments that made my day! I left feeling happy and excited about the rest of the day thanks to her! During the exam, Dr. Crain said he was looking into my sons eyes because diabetics hemorrhage in their eyes. My son is super healthy aside from his autoimmune disorder with a perfect A1c which I told to the Dr. Still he freaked my son out with this fact. I don't recommend Dr. Crain for children, if he can't understand that telling a 7 year old boy he is going to hemorrhage in his eyes might not be the best idea.

Turns out, my particular pair of glasses had a weird piece, and they spent about 20 minutes or so trying to get something to work. They eventually did and were so gracious about the entire thing.
