It must've been 85 degrees where our table was and we could've been easily sat somewhere else to alleviate this issue but instead when we told the staff how uncomfortable it was they said they'd turn the AC down and made a joke about us having the meat sweats... This was not a laughing matter, be professional, you claim to be an upscale establishment. The service was comical. We've dined at plenty of Brazilian steakhouses before so we knew the routine but talk about being annoyed the entire meal. After being in our seats for no more than a minute we are bombarded by 2 or 3 servers at once with meat. How about a greeting and some drinks first, give us a second to get settled. My aggravation really started when we were served HOT WATER, not ice water, not room temperature water but hot water. We had to ask for glasses of ice but it melted in a few short minutes. Trying to make the best out of the situation we ordered a bottle of wine and sure enough the red wine was hot in temperature as well. Knowing we were fighting a losing battle with this heat we did our best to eat and made the effort to leave quickly. Somehow we went from being bombarded with servers to just sitting around hoping someone would come to our table to offer us another meat or anything at this point.
