They were very quick to respond to my initial request with the information I needed. After exchanging some necessary information, we scheduled an install date. Their pricing was very competitive. Jake was very communicative. He sent a reminder and on the day of install, kept me informed of his arrival time, etc. He was right on time. He began his work and was incredibly thorough in his approach. He unmounted my old/dead TV and prepped for the new one. Once he got it mounted, everything looked great with all the cables hidden. We went through the initial setup together to insure everything was in working order. Jake cleaned up after himself to the point you wouldn't have known he'd even been there. After a couple calls including calling my warranty company, I did one more quick google search to call one more, and based on a few reads, I called Balanced Garage. The gentleman, Niven (apology if misspelled his name), he was so kind. I explained my dilemma and asked if they had a service fee. He told me no and explained their services and availability for a tech the following afternoon 12-4. However, I was contacted around 10am that he'd finished his job and enroute to come earlier. Great! Ed, was so kind, listened to me freak out, but he explained and showed me all the prior repairs done by the previous folks and why the door was failing. Gave me an estimate to repair vs replace and, of course, I chose to replace it all. Damien, the installer came a few days later and he too was nice, efficient and also explained everything. Overall, they communicated thru texts the appointments, emailed my invoices promptly and made me feel very comfortable and not feeling that I had to question anything.
