I put in my order, then a day later they requested a picture of me and a copy of my drivers license, accusing me of fraud, when my credit card is even in my name. I sent in a copy of my drivers license. Then they sent an email back to me stating that it was a fraudulent order because I didn't send in a picture of myself holding my drivers license. Legally, I do not have to send in a picture of myself, but I may have if they would have politely stated this in the responding email. Do not waste your time or money here. I looked at this place online and looked at their reviews before ordering which they had a 4.7 rating so I placed an order, I got my order the next day since I live in the same state but they messed up my order. I ordered two body cameras that had night vision and wifi, the cameras they sent were the cheap non wifi or night vision body cams. I called they said I had to go online and send pictures of the cameras. I went online couldn't send the pictures, so I just sent a message online. Chris H. in customer service replied to my email. I sent the pictures and explained the problem. they responded back saying they sent a link to return the items, however ther was no link. I responded that I did not receive a link, they got an attitude with me and called me a liar saying I did receive a link but they will send it again. that time I did get a link. I filled out the return forum and was sent an email for the return. when you try to download the return label nothing happens. I called back and explained they told me they will call me beck and never have. so I am struck with cameras I paid Over double the cost because they won't fix my order. Ordered a highly rated stun gun, the Tiger USA Extreme Sanctuary from this company because they had the best price online, a 15% new customer discount and very low shipping rates, but that's where the stuff good ended. Like every company out there with the exception of Amazon, they took my money from my bank account the very second I clicked on the place order tab, yet it was 5 days before my order was shipped and eight days after they took my money before I received my order and they are only 4 hours away from my house. If they had shipped my order promptly instead of waiting 5 days, I would have received it in 3 days instead of 8. Also as other reviewers have reported, that once you place an order with this company, you are bombarded with emails to the point I had to go in and unsubscribe from all emails to get it to stop. They lied to me about my shipment carrier UPS having already picked up order and that it was in route to its hub in my state. When the tracking number provided was checked via both the UPS website and after a 20 minute phone hold for a live UPS customer service representative the truth was that UPS was not in possession of the shipment yet - this is 4 full business days after I placed the order and paid for it. When I contacted the shipping manager at the home superstore for three days straight and was not only lied to by him as stated above, when I requested he follow up/look into the shipment, he also said there was no more information he could provide...which was interpreted as he was unwilling to look into it or do his job as "shipping manager". It was only after threatening to initiate an immediate claim for this matter that my order was provided to UPS for delivery as was evidenced by their tracking status on my shipment as having been received. Also, the claimed UPS tracking number given to me was not a UPS tracking number at all, but rather a USPS tracking number - who UPS transfers the shipment to for final delivery. By the way I also had to spend more time in learning USPS was also not in possession of my shipment. Now I still do not have my order and the latest update is that it is expected to be delivered 9 DAYS after I placed the order. Also relevant here supposed is that it is to be delivered to my state which borders the home ss state of Georgia and the time between it's origin and destination is only about 5 hours, which is the reason I ordered from them so I allegedly would receive the shipment quickly. There are plenty of other suppliers of the products offered at the same or close prices. Terribly unscrupulous business, do not order from them... I hope this saves at least one person from going through the large amount of personal wasted time in investigating what is really going on with their purchase and ridiculous aggravation endured from ordering anything from them. One more important fact - not that I am a fanatic about taxes, but in having to spend so much time and effort on this home super corrupt store, I noticed they do not charge state sales tax, which iof course is required by state and federal law, so they are operating as an illegitimate seller, not a real business. Someone should report this to to the tax authorities in their state. Buyers beware of this business. read more

Am elderly and sadly too often we are targeted by purse snatchers. Decades ago that happened to me and I'd want to prevent that type of incident again. Live in Las Vegas and have carried pepper spray for years, - also gave spray to a friend and my niece...both of whom had dogs attack their own pets while walking. Now they can defend themselves and their dogs. Am not out often but when I am....the taser provides me with a degree of security. Easy to use....and am sure it is effective. I purchased the Peacekeeper (or is it Peacemaker?) Baton for the escape artist dog across the street. Last month, I saw him escape and attack another leashed dog walking on my side of the street. Enter my search for protection; I have a small dog. This baton has a flashlight, but it's weak. What I find most impressive is the LOUD sound it makes. When I grab it for walks, my dog cowers even though I've never used it on him or threatened. He saw me test it and that was enough. Hopefully, it'll be enough to deter the dog across the street if he tries to attack. I hope I never have to use the red button. My advice is to make sure it's on and have it in flashlight mode for walks. That way you only have to slide once to activate the stun and zap function. 4 stars for a weak flashlight, but it's easy to use and is definitely a deterant. read more

I love these hand held tasers! I have them for when I go walking or running (which it is comfortable to hold onto whilst running), mainly to scare other dogs or animals away, which the sound of it does. Warning!!!! I ordered $288 worth of products on April 26, 2017 and I never received them. They failed to return my emails and phone calls until May 11, 2017 and then gave some BS story about how Fedex lost my products and that I had to wait until Fedex resolved a claim they filed. However, Fedex website showed that no such products were picked up from this company. Whether Fedex lost the product or not, that is NOT my problem. If that is true, it is a problem between the company and Fedex NOT me. I paid for my products, which the company received my money. They either should have refunded my money or mailed out other products to me and then resolved the issue with Fedex since it is between them. I contacted the company and they say because I opened the baton I voided the warranty. They should not make the baton so it can be unscrewed if that will void the warranty. However, I was made to pay for the return packaging as the item no longer fit in it's original packaging due to its defective nature (they were aware of this and did nothing). And of course, after a week has passed since returning the item, I have not been contacted or issued a refund.
