When I asked what the technicians would do on the tune-up, the salesman had no idea. He was embarrassed when I asked the question but told me he would have a technician call or email me with the details that day or the next. I agreed to book the service, and the salesman took down my new address. They were about three weeks out on appointments, so we set the date for June 6th between 11am and 1pm. I received no email or follow-up on the details of the service as promised. This should have been a red flag, but I didn't think much of it. I figured I could ask the technician when he arrived. On June 6th I took off work to be home for the service. At 1:15pm no one had arrived or called so I contacted Infinity. The scheduler informed me that the technician had gone to my house, and no one was there. After some checking we realized they had gone to my old address and when I was not there simply left. They did not contact me in any way nor would they have if I had not called. I explained that I took the day off and was home, they could just add me to the route at the end of that day. The answer was no they cannot do that, even though they went to the wrong address and could reschedule me for June 20th at best. I had taken off work that day and was not about to give them another three weeks and take another day off for a company that was not willing to admit they made a mistake and do their best (anything) to make it right. I was obviously upset and asked for a manager or the owner. When this was denied, I asked for a callback from a manger or owner and was told they would call that day or the next. As of 11 days later I have not received any contact from them and decided to write this review. The bottom line is I have heard good things about this company, but I will never now because their poor customer service didn't allow me to find out. I was hoping to get a quote on replacing two of the old units and ducts at my house that are on their last legs, but not anymore. This and the likely $20k+ in business that would have brought them will go to another company, one which respects my time. If you are looking for Air Conditioning needs in the greater Memphis area, my opinion is that you look somewhere besides Infinity Heating and Air Conditioning.

Prodigy Plumbers created a leak from not completely caulking around the faucet replacement. On first visit by Prodigy they found where water was dripping from the faucet into the tub, no damage to anything, just drips, which was why our waterbill was so high. They replaced the faucet in upstairs bathroom on 6/2/2023. On 6/3/2023 while son was taking a shower, water began to drip from the kitchen ceiling on the first floor, creating a water stain. I called Prodigy about the problem, they returned on Monday 6/5/23 and found and fixed where they had left a hole in caulking around the new faucet. I asked about the resulting damage to my kitchen ceiling from their error and they stated they don't do that type work. I asked were they going to pay for the damage they caused and they directed me back to Choice. Choice explained they were not liable for the technicians damage, and advised to contact Prodigy for their damage. I did and the lady who I assume is the owner was very nasty and rude. She first kept saying they don't do drywall work. I understand that, when she finally let me speak I explained this was not previous damage from the faucet leaking. She then put me on hold and I suspect she spoke with the technicians. She then comes back and says well they don't do caulking they only did it as a courtesy. No one asked or told me "they were doing as a courtesy???" they replaced the faucet. Regardless, courtesy or not, they created the damage. She then became very rude, wouldn't let me speak and hung up on me. Do not use this company, if they create damage they do not want to pay for it. I have now opened a civil suit to get them to pay for the damage they created.
