Clean out was exposed but they don't carry cameras to scope the pipe to find the tank? ...Didn't find it. Had to blow up their customer service number to get someone to come back out to scope the clean out. Didn't hear back from them for about 5 days. Called on the 5th day, no one called back. The next morning they called at 8am to tell me someone was coming back out. The tech called 2 minutes later to say he was on the way. How is no heads up of an "onsite" acceptable? Dude didn't run a camera down the still exposed clean out or locate the tank. Told me to run a scope it would be $300 and that due to the company being bought out by some national chain I should probably use someone else.

There are two Britain septic services in Jackson and if you choose the wrong one you're going to…read moreregret it because the original will give you a price for example $400 to pump out your septic tank and they will use deceptive tactics to get that price elevated to unsuspecting customers for approximately every 5 gallons of water added to clean the septic tank they will charge an additional $25 now if you put that into perspective a hot water tank is average capacity of 40 gallons a bathtub 60 gallons so if there's a water hose introduced to the septic tank service they're going to charge at least $25 per 5 gallons my experience I had the septic tank completely accessible they had to do no digging they backed right up to it they didn't have to unwrap any of the hoses except for the main one they were in and out and about an hour they complained about how it stunk LOL and they also complained about having to add water to it but what they didn't know is I have a water meter on my water hose which show they used approximately 25 gallons of water to clean the inside out of the tank not only did they have full access to everything without having to dig anything without having to remove any lids they charged me an additional $125 and did not get all of the sludge out of the bottom do not use the original Britain's septic service or you will be paying more than what you're quoted and also they can't handle the smell very well I would hate for one of the guys to fall face first down into the tank because he can't handle the smell of poop

The next day Amber had texted to let me know that if it rained the technician would reschedule since it would be difficult to find a leak in the rain but that the technician would let me know. However the rain held off and I received a text that the technician was on his way. The text had a picture along with the name of who was coming. That is something I liked and really felt stood out with customer service. The technician Joe arrived extremely nice guy down to earth very professional. He got right to the job and literally within 15 minutes checked out what was going on. He gave me the estimate-and military discount. I was ready to schedule for the service to see when they could do it. I pulled my calendar out and Joe was like are you going to be here and I said yes and he said ok I'll go get my tools. Lol! I was like this is great I had no idea he had time to take care of it today. It was perfect. Joe got to work and I mean this guy worked! He got the job done and made sure everything worked ok. Found the problem, fixed it better than before with better parts. He made sure that the work he did I was happy with and I'm telling you the service from this company from the first phone call to Amber to meeting Joe was "Top of the Line" excellent service!
