They scheduled the appointment for Thursday due to the weather. confirmation reminder texts were sent to both my phones. Thursday came...no one showed up. No call no anything. No one has returned my call each day since. Out of desperation, I've had to call another company to come out and I'll be out of pocket with this one for abt $400. I've been a loyal customer for years (as well as my parents) and previously held a monthly membership for HVAC and water heater maintenance because it offered value, peace of mind, and discounted service. Unfortunately, that is no longer the case. The company recently changed the membership pricing structure -- but instead of improving value, they increased the cost to five times higher, now charging per HVAC and water heater unit, per year, not per household. That means I'd now be paying significantly more just for the right to get a "discount," which makes the membership essentially pointless. It feels like I'm paying for the discount itself (maybe more so) and not actually receiving benefits. What makes this worse is that no proactive notice, explanation, or justification was provided to existing customers. I only found out when I looked into scheduling my routine fall HVAC maintenance. A major pricing and policy change like this should be communicated clearly, transparently, and respectfully -- especially to customers who have been loyal and previously trusted the company with their home systems. This comes across as misleading and very poor business practice, and it's an easy way to drive away customers who have been supportive for years. Sadly, this change has made me rethink doing business with them going forward. This is not only misleading but feels like a calculated money-grab disguised as a benefit. It also reflects poor business judgment and questionable customer-focused ethics. Bruce Taylor came to do the repairs on our AC units. We have four total and two went down on Saturday, when this "heat dome" had started. he called us and said he had some free time could he come early. He arrived within ten minutes. I will tell you he worked his tail off. Two units are on the third floor, two units on the second floor and of course we have the four outside units. I don't recall the exact times but I think he was there a good five hours. Despite incredible heat in the attics and outside, he was always pleasant. He has not been gone long. The temperature is slowly coming down. I want to add comfort dynamics was not the first place we called. we called the installer of our HVAC units in 2019. We got a generator with them and they check our furnace and air conditioning units twice a year. Our Technitian, Rashad Williams, was very knowledgeable and did a great job. We have 5 furnace and 5 air conditioning units. The best part is they will tell you everything that is happening with your units. And if you need anything to get fixed. Our air conditioning has been out for two days now. On Saturday, I called Comfort Dynamics and requested their help. I was told I was on their list and would be called by a technician. No technician called yesterday. I then called again today, Sunday at one p.m., and was told I was put on the urgent list and that a technician would call me. It is now six pm and when I called back I was told I was taken off the list?!?!? Needless to say, we have spent two days in heat and I could have easily called another company yesterday if Comfort Dynamics had been honest and told me they couldn't help. We are in our seventies and understood the extra fees that come with emergency services. I don't understand why we were treated so shabbily. I certainly don't recommend this company. read more

The technicians were friendly and appeared to be trustworthy but in the end they were not. They assessed my situation by checking outlets and my circuit breakers and told me the problem was a faulty kitchen socket. They rewired the perverbial faulty socket and two hours later I used my microwave and lost all power in my kitchen, again. I called your company immediately. The same technicians came out three days later and went to my breaker box as they did before and suddenly found the problem to be my meter which is the responsibility of my utility company which cost me nothing. I did get the kitchen and patio lights fixed and I am pleased but I am not pleased with the fake assessment and actions. I am sure they knew the problem was my meter not my kitchen sockets. How did they miss the obvious? I'm not a fan of social media revenge so please don't hold my review against your employee. They are trained by you to be for you and your company the most experience I wouldn't have found the root of my problem and for that I am grateful. read more

COMFORT DYNAMICS PREDITORY AND RACIST! My 72 year old Black mother called to get her washer drainage line cleared. The tech arrived, did a diagnostic, and determined that he could clear the line and quoted us over $300 to complete. My Mother paid him IN FULL before starting. After more than an hour, he says that because it is an older house, he can't do the job. He did that AFTER he assessed the situation and attempted anyway knowing the age of the home. He also did not come with the proper tools to complete the job. Now their recommending an additional $800+ repair and the situation is MUCH worse than before. I called to get a resolution but the company double downed on them being paid "for the attempt" not the service. I would strongly discourage anyone from doing business with these people. read more

I spoke with Comfort Dynamics and scheduled a repair that my heater needed and they went above and beyond on my service. My system was 20 years old and I was given the option of repairing the existing unit but the price was reasonable to replace the heating unit with a new one under warranty. They installed the unit for the price they quoted, offered 0% financing, and left my attic looking better than when they arrived. The entire time they communicated timetables accurately and were there when they said they would be. read more
