I was owed a refund of $600 and he only gave me back $419. I only have the warranty 2 weeks. Michael also said he would repair the under carriage on car never did. "See Honda inspection pictures" I reported them to the Better Business Bureau and made a complaint about how he had lied about this warranty being under Honda dealership.

The shipping spacers were left on the car -- something that should have been caught during inspection. When I brought the car back the first time due to driving issues, I was told it was just flat tires. It wasn't until they put it on the lift that they discovered the spacers had been left in. Even after that, the car's electronics were malfunctioning. It started revving on its own at a stoplight, triggering a call from roadside assistance because it appeared I had been in an accident. That's how unsafe the situation was. I brought the car back again, and they had to bring in an engineer to address the issue -- all within the first month of ownership. Despite all of this, I've only driven the car for three days total. It has spent the rest of the time at the dealership. Now they are refusing to exchange the car, and the only "solution" they offered was to let me walk away from my $10,000 deposit in order to get into a different vehicle. That's completely unacceptable for a car that was unsafe and improperly delivered from the start. I expected more from Audi. This experience has been stressful, frightening, and extremely disappointing.

I purchased a used Honda Ridgeline from this dealership after conducting a nationwide search. I had saved for nearly two years and made it clear how important this purchase was to me. Walib described the truck as great value and in typical condition for its age. I specifically asked for additional photos and details--especially of the underside due to concerns about rust--but the video I received did not show the true condition of the truck's underside. Walid only provided a limited video and incomplete information to cover the true condition of the truck. From the interaction with Walid and looking over the three trucks I narrowed it down, so I decided to go with Walid because of the positive interaction I had with him and seemed to be a good decision based on the information on the truck he provided, so I thought. After the truck was shipped to me in Indiana, I had it inspected by three separate companies (Clark Tires, Esler's, and Great Lakes Honda). They found the vehicle to be in extremely poor and unsafe condition. The most serious issue was severe structural rust affecting the frame, rear suspension, axle, and bumper--so bad that one auto repair place refused to perform any repairs on it. I was told the vehicle could fail structurally from hitting a bump. Additional problems included a major oil leak, a poorly patched exhaust, broken door lock and seatbelt, dry-rotted tires over 10 years old, accident damage affecting door and hood alignment, a non-working 4-wheel drive system, and extensive unsafe rust throughout the frame and trailer hitch. When I contacted Walid, he initially blamed me for not having a pre-purchase inspection, despite his misrepresentation of the vehicle's condition. He later admitted the truck should have been better inspected and agreed in January 2026 to take it back and issue a refund to make things right. As of May 1, 2026, the truck has still not been picked up. After months of repeated excuses about transport delays, he has now stopped responding to my calls, texts, and emails entirely. 5/1/2026 - I contacted the New Jersey Division of Consumer Affairs and Walid's business has 19 consumer complaints files against the company. I paid over $4,100 plus transport fees, other incurred expenses, and am left with a vehicle that is unsafe to drive and effectively worthless. This truck should never have been sold. Todd Crockett
