It was a scorching hot day, and when I arrived, Mike and Jimmy were both outside to greet me as I pulled into the lot. They had already prepared the car for me with the air conditioning running, which was incredibly thoughtful and made me feel welcome right away. I traveled a long way to get there and even took a train. Jimmy was kind enough to pick me up from the train station. Although we were ultimately unable to reach a deal on the vehicle, they remained courteous, professional, and respectful throughout the entire process. Jimmy even drove me back to the train station afterward. Mine Hill Motors has been in business for 21 years, and my experience showed me why. Mike and Jimmy provided excellent customer service without any pressure. They treated me with kindness and professionalism, even though I didn't end up buying a car. Based on my experience, I would not hesitate to recommend Mine Hill Motors to anyone looking for a dealership that values customer service and treats people with respect.

Not pushy and they really look out for the buyer. They even informed me about a couple recalls on the car and even directed me to the same service techs they use! Now I have a great car thanks to the guys over at mine hill motors!!

In August of 2025 my husband bought his 3rd vehicle from Towne Hyundai. He bought a brand new 2025…read moreTucson Hybrid. It didn't take long for there to be little problems here and there. Twice the vehicle wouldn't start. Then the back up camera only worked, intermittently. Brought the car in and they replaced the camera. A week later, same problem. Then the other cameras didn't work, followed by the key fobs. On June 1st we brought the car back in. It's now over a month and the service department still has no idea what's wrong with it. But that's truly not the worst part. The worst part of the experience is the lack of customer service being provided. The service rep, Courtney, never calls back. Then my husband escalated to the service manager, Paul. He doesn't call back either. No one can be bothered to return a phone call or provide an update. It's shameful. In one week alone my husband called 10 times and left messages and not a single call was returned. Great buying experience with Jose Matos, but based on the lack of customer service, we can't in good conscience ever buy from them again or recommend them to others. We're currently exploring our options through the Lemon Law as they have left us no choice. UPDATE!!! Less than 24 hours after posting this review, my husband got a call from Ernie Dix, service manager. They finally determined the problem, ordered the part, and received the part via FedEx. The car is fixed and back at home where it belongs! I considered removing the review now that the car is fixed, but honestly it's all about communication. If someone at the dealership had simply reached out and said the part had been ordered, I wouldn't have had to write the bad review in the first place. I have updated my review to since Ernie at least saw the review and immediately reached out to my husband. Bottom line, it's all about communication and mutual respect. I hope that there is a lesson to be learned here for their customer service team. Thank you, Ernie, for your attention to the situation.

Why did I end up buying from Dover Dodge? Did I read all the other Yelps? Was I satisfied with MY…read morecar buying experience? Do the other Yelps have some valid points? After initially stopping in at Dover Dodge and looking over the vehicles and getting some initial prices, I then did my research and contacted numerous Dodge dealers within a radius of about 1500 miles. I knew that the cost of shipping was in the area of $600 so this did not deter me from the other dealers. This is not my first time to the rodeo. I have purchased or leased (both local and from far away) half a dozen cars in the past five years. After arriving at Dover Dodge and shopping the lot, I was approached by Kevin who I found well informed on Dodge products and articulate. He answered our initial questions and left us alone to browse and sit in the vehicles. This is extremely important to me when shopping for a car. Please don't follow me around ! After making some initial choices on which vehicles we were interested in, he provided us with some pricing (which I later found to be highly competitive) and further information on these specific vehicles. At no time was he pushy nor did he try to rush us into a decision. So at that point we departed and the car search continued. After contacting numerous dealers and getting a whole range of pricing (most higher) I returned to Dover Dodge. Dover Dodge had the car I wanted, equipped the way I wanted it and at a fair price. Were there cheaper dealers? Yes. But not by much. The hassle of shipping or pickup would have outweighed the cost savings. Did I read the other Yelps. Yes, and I wanted to judge for myself. The other Yelps had a few valid points. READ YOUR CONTRACT. There were no surprises. Did I decline the extended warranty? Yes. Geico Insurance includes one ! Was the finance guy nice? Yes. He went over all points of the contract, if I missed something it was my fault. If he is going to fast, tell him to slow down. Take your time !!! DO not let him rush you. The best thing to do would be to get a blank copy of the contract before you sign and review it in a quiet room. Was I satisfied with my specific car buying experience? Yes. Would I buy from them again? Yes based on my specific experience. Was Kevin a great sales consultant? Yes. Would I recommend Kevin? Yes. And to rebut another Yelp'ers comment, I found all the sales consultants well dressed and dressed appropriately for their profession. Along with that they all seemed to be acting professionally. Nobody was smoking at the entrance to the showroom. If you smoke go to the rear of the building !!! Thank you Kevin and Dover Dodge. We love our Charger ! CRITICAL CONSUMER WARNING: ACTIVE CONSUMER FRAUD LAWSUIT FILED (DOCKET NO: MRS-DC-008173-26)…read more Prospective car buyers should exercise extreme caution when negotiating trade equity allocations at this showroom. A formal civil lawsuit has been initiated in the Superior Court of New Jersey, Law Division, Special Civil Part (Morris County) against Dover Dodge Chrysler Jeep Ram, Inc. under active Docket Number: MRS-DC-008173-26. The filed pleadings allege unconscionable commercial practices, contract packing, and trade equity conversion under the New Jersey Consumer Fraud Act (N.J.S.A. 56:8-1 et seq.). The black-and-white ink on Line 1.o of the executed retail lease contract explicitly guaranteed a $2,500.00 cash-back trade equity concession to cover a prior vehicle payoff. Post-delivery, the dealership's management team systematically shorted that balance, issuing a deficient partial check for only $1,512.00, resulting in a direct out-of-pocket loss to the consumer to protect personal credit lines. The dealership has been formally served with the active state court summons. All public records, black-and-white contract lines, and shorted transaction documents are fully reviewable by the public through the state portal under active Docket No. MRS-DC-008173-26. Always audit your electronic paperwork before signing a contract at this facility.
