He was kind, a bit slow to…read morerespond but understandable, until I asked for photos of the undercarriage in which he informed me he didn't have a lift. That tells me either they are not repairing the cars themselves or they are just not repairing them. I told him it didn't require much effort, use a selfie stick or drop to the ground and snap. Ironically, the response to that email was the quickest I received from him, stating the vehicle was sold. I didn't believe him. Hubby and I had a few other vehicles to check out in that area this was our first stop, guess what, no sold sign on it and it was sitll on the lot. We took it for a ride, the tranny whined, the bumper was smashed in a pit (photos on line had no indication of this), rust beginning at the bottom of the quarter panels (again no indication in the photos) and while we test drove it the emergency brake was frozen on, even those the brake itself was not engaged inside the vehicle. Had a funny feeling about this place, that's why we went to see if the truck was sold, in which the dealership still says it is to which I responded that I hoped they at least told the buyers of the issues they are buying. Rob the salesman told me not to contact him again. When we drove up and saw a one bay garage with all those used cars, I knew it wasn't any place we'd buy from and after driving the vehicle, we for sure knew it wasn't. My advise, keep driving by this one.

    Yesterday, I gave sawyer Lyons a very bad review I felt like I was treated as a 2nd class citizen…read moreto them, But after talking to the G.M.Bret Reyes he convinced me he could get me into a 2026 GMC 2026 AT4 this was a deal I never thought possible price wise Bret made it happen so I purchased a New truck for not much more than the used one I felt was sold from under me hence I am very willing to change my opinion and review of Sawyer Lyons to one of the best Dealership experience's and the best Deal on a very expensive truck to have them discount it as much as they did to earn back my business and they came through in Spades this also includes my Finance manager Dante Morrisson and also one very bright and very Polite Sales Rep Johnny Sanchez this team put together a deal anyone not even affiliated with GM as I was would have been foolish to turn down my trade had minor damage they gave me an extra $4000 for it over their original appraisal and the discount on the 26 GMC HD I cannot even explain as I understand how it was done it is not something normally done in this business but they did for me to make this right Now I'm looking to purchase another vehicle for my wife and Sawyer Lyons and this team will be where I go TYVM to all of the Individuals I have named above and the Sawyer Lyons experience My Deepest Sincerities Mark Gindhart

    2 1/2 Months Later - Still No Plates or Registration…read more I purchased a vehicle from Sawyer Lyons Buick GMC of Randolph on December 13, 2025. It has been two and a half months, and I still do not have permanent plates, registration, title, or a valid inspection sticker. My temporary plates and registration expired over a month and a half ago, making the vehicle illegal to drive. The dealership has never once proactively contacted me. I've had to call weekly and show up in person for updates. When I asked for a loaner so I could legally drive, the sales manager told me, "Why should I give you a loaner car?" I even requested to return the vehicle and get my down payment and payments refunded. They said they'd take the car back but wouldn't return all of my money. I'm making payments on a vehicle I cannot legally operate. Buyers beware.

Jimmie the salesmen kept the whole process easy and had the opportunity to meet the general sales manager Jim and the VP Doug who were both very helpful and persistent in finding me the perfect F150 for my business and the best pricing offered in the area. I've sent a few of my clients there already in the past & I'll continue to refer others there. My greatest concern is not only what happened to us, but the risk this dealership's lack of communication and oversight poses to others. Allowing a vehicle to leave in unsafe condition is unacceptable, and I feel compelled to speak out to protect the public. I exhausted every avenue before posting this negative review, but silence from the dealership left me no choice. When safety is at stake, I urge others to think twice before trusting this location with their vehicle. I strongly encourage the Owner of Performance Ford to take responsibility and address this situation going forward. Customers deserve transparency, accountability, and above all, the assurance that their vehicles are safe when leaving the service department. I have attached my email to the dealership so everyone can see my concerns.
