    Never finished the job. Still owes us a curtain we paid for. Refuses to show up to appointments, answer phone calls or emails.

I received inconsistent responses until September 4, 2024, when I had to repeatedly call and text. Eventually, their Denver office dismissed me, claiming they no longer service my camera system, despite having replaced the cameras just three months prior. They even texted me that my camera system would be available soon. Now, they say they have no cameras because my system is "too old," even though it's a brand new Lorex system installed in 2023. After a month of inquiries, I received a sarcastic comment from the person responsible for ordering cameras, stating that they no longer service such old models. Why provide me with misleading information for an entire month? How can you claim not to service them when you just did three months ago? I strongly advise against doing business with them; you will only encounter frustration. I have text message evidence of our communication and wish I could have recorded our phone call, as it was both disrespectful and unprofessional.

My residential setup includes URC Total Control home automation, which incorporates a 130+ device Lutron lighting system, numerous video sources(Rokus, Chromecasts, and DVD players) across 5 televisions, as well as multiple audio streaming sources (Autonomics and Sonos) across 11 audio zones. Brian not only has the expertise and experience you need for a complex home automation install, he brings an incredible work-ethic to the table as well. On more than one occasion he has gone above and beyond my expectations to fine tune my system and ensure I am satisfied with his work. I highly recommend Brian and his team for any home automation, video, audio or security project. No matter the size of your project, rest assured you are getting the "A team" with Yes installation.

We spent LOTS of money with them! Also a master bedroom tv and warranty When our outside tv went out, no replacement! NO NOTHING!!! Worst customer service ever!! Don't be scammed by this company!     We had purchased over 60k equipments for our media room and living room from them, their installer…read morecracked the stone on our fireplace wall whileinstalling the TV mount. It took the installer over an hour to drill 2 holes for the TV mount. He couldn't drill the hole successfully and ending up buying a new drill from Home Depot. The installer went ahead to drill on the stone without even asking the type of stone. Yes, they did take the picture after installation without any damage. But next day the contractor that I hired to work on my house saw the crack. I immediately informed the sales rep that we had been working on our purchases and the first response was did we do any work on the fireplace wall after the TV was installed and we told him we didn't. He said there was no crack on the wall after installation but I explained to him that the stone probably fractured when they drilled and didn't show the crack yet. After we agreed that to have their technician to come out to take the TV down to assess if there is any further damage on the stone. On the day that technician came out to take the TV down, he agreed that their technician cracked the stone by not properly drilling while video taping to report the instance and assessment. One of that things that he pointed out was the crack was started from one hole to the other hole that was drilled. Few weeks later, we received an email from them that they are not responsible for the damage and offering us a $100 gift card as we are valuable customer. That really pissed us off. Then, we reached out to the sales rep to dispute and response was nothing that they can do about it. Then, we requested them coming to look at the damage themselves and got no response. Finally, we escalated and got in a call with the owner, sales rep & tech team manager. Owner is trying to blame on the quality of the stone without even knowing the type of stone and claiming that he owns a flooring installation company. Then, we asked whether their technicians are certified to drill any type of stone but the answer was their technicians are only certified by their own team manager. I suggested to have 3rd party to investigate and determine the cause but the owner didn't buy it, I requested both the owner and the sales rep to come out look at the damage but no response. After that call, they asked questions that related to the stone installation method and details which I had received from the stone installation company and also provided the quotation for the repair. I haven't received any response after info was provided for over a month. To sum it up, pricing, service and quality is secondary to me and the most important thing is honesty and accepting the fault.
