Highly recommend the good guys for flooring projects.

I cannot say enough wonderful things about Gabriel and his team at ALC Remodel!…read more As the manager of the Kohler Store in Plano, I frequently recommend Gabriel and his team, although they are not affiliated with our store or company. I first met Gabriel when our store opened. A customer had experienced a nightmare bathroom renovation, and Gabriel's team stepped in to help finish the project. By the time it was completed, those customers were absolutely thrilled! That experience led me to trust his team with projects at our store. Recently, I experienced their work firsthand when I referred Gabriel to my landlord for major bathroom issues in the home I rent that other contractors couldn't resolve. WOW! The professionalism, cleanliness, efficiency, and communication were outstanding! What impressed me most was their LIVE photo documentation, showing the progress of the work in real time. What an incredible way to keep customers informed and provide peace of mind! Now I understand firsthand why so many customers have shared such positive experiences. Gabriel and his team truly take pride in their work, and it shows! Five stars all the way! I will absolutely continue recommending ALC Remodel!

I would especially like to note the quality of the workmanship - the tiles were laid perfectly flat, without any defects or imperfections. In general, we were very pleased with the cooperation with Premium Construction. They exceeded all our expectations, and we will definitely recommend them to our friends and acquaintances.

I never got a solid plan, they hard-sold me high, promising we would reduce it, just to make me sign the contract. (my first mistake) Of course, those meetings to discuss my priorities and reduce the budget, never came. My dream wasn't realized as they either vetoed, forgot or bumbled each feature of my design. Examples: I have a wavy wall, it took them days to correct the paint throughout the house, they flat refused to match my craftsman trim, they forgot my vented kitchen hood, vetoed my transom (they don't even know what that is), failed plumbing inspection three times and nearly blew up my house. (I'm not embellishing) Had to install the cabinets twice (ordered incorrectly and hung at the wrong height), the rough plumbing is so poorly done that the knobs don't sit right and turn lop-sided; failed to contain the renovation dust which covered even stuff inside cabinets and drawers throughout the house. The cleaning crew came multiple times and I still had to hire my own at a cost of $360, to get all the ceiling fans, fixtures, floors, etc. finally clear of dust and paint splatters. They scratched my hardwoods and damaged my stove. To top it off, they stopped paying the subs and one of them put a lien on my house, EVEN though, i was up to date on my payment arrangement. (Yes, that's totally legal, for some reason!) The drama continues as I need help correcting some issues that i don't feel I should have to live with. I don't have the energy to upload pics but maybe later. Just trust me; pick someone else. Signed, Exhausted, Angry and Broke

Kyle and myself kept in touch and i decided to use Kyle services to do some work i have been fearing to do in my own home due to cost and complexity of the projects i wanted. Kyle outdid him self again and worked with me weeks on weeks always with great attitude, communication and above all - transparency. I hired the Tile Gallery to do a remodel on my kitchen and bathroom and floors throughout my condo…read more This was in 2019 and less than six years later, I was finally able to have it done right by another company.. Within months after the kitchen was done, doors started falling off the cabinets. They had installed some decent quality cabinets in my bathroom, but Noel said he's no longer working with that subcontractor and there would be a different one doing my kitchen cabinets and they would do a lot better. That was NOT the case. The cabinets they installed were at the quality you would see in a $500 a month apartment not a $300,000 condo. . I've never been so embarrassed about my home. You see the cabinets as soon as you walk in the door and they were a total eyesore . Additionally the tile work they did in the bathroom is starting to crack. I made Noel aware of it he said he would get back with me and never did. The "luxury" vinyl wood planks he installed throughout my condo are already starting to discolor and will soon need to be replaced. They also performed electrical work which was clearly not done correctly and in violation of city code. I had to hire another electrician because what they did was unsafe. I'd be surprised if the guy who did the work actually had a license. I regret reaching out to the tile gallery to do the work in my condo. Enjoy the money now, Noel.
