The printer preview showed the entire document but when it was printed, the bottom part of the document was cut off. I asked the store manager (latino short man) about the issue and he quickly and curtly replied "it's because your document is jpg and not pdf. Jpg gets cut off always" as if I would know this. There are absolutely no signs indicating the jpg printouts error. I asked if I could get refunded for the page that came out wrong and he replies "yeah it's not worth me arguing with you." Ok... first off, I wasn't being difficult but simply asking him a question and I wonder had I been a male, would he have talked to me in the same way. Such a rude and distasteful encounter. I asked the store cashier if he's the store manager and he confirmed that he is. What a shame as that is the type of disrespectful and presumptuous attitude from the management. Bah humbug!
