So much to choose from. It sounds to me that this is the type of place where you order- pick up and go on a picnic or bring to your home to feed the masses. On an early Saturday morning, I stopped by Adam Orgain Park for the Catfish Derby. When that wrapped up, I parked at Rockabilly Brewing and was third or fourth in line at BBQ Fiends just before they opened. I think the best way to judge BBQ is by trying the brisket, pork ribs, and whatever sausage includes cheese, jalapeño, or chorizo.
