I was craving cake, but can never decide on either chocolate or red velvet. But lo and behold, my co-worker makes cakes! So I ordered a... dum, dum dum, chocolate and red velvet layered cake with my favorite, cream cheese icing. I wasn't expecting anything fancy because it wasn't for an occasion, but she made it look very pretty, and let me tell you, when I bit into the cake, it was DELICIOUS. The combination was very yummy and moist. At closer inspection, the chocolate was way better than the red velvet; it wasn't as sweet as I would normally prefer, but together, it was very good. I've had their cupcakes as well. She brought in multiple flavors, so I don't remember which one was which, but they had fancy flavors and the ones I had were soooo good. The espresso cupcakes are to die for. But before I die, can I also eat one of their carrot cakes! They made an amazing carrot cake my mother's 60th birthday along with espresso cup cakes. They were pleasant over the phone and knew exactly what I was looking for when I said elegant, yet not overly excessive. They also delivered (delivery fee) the cake! They had no croissants the basics they had no ham and cheese croissants. They were not ready for the day, this makes me very sad because I'd like to make sure this place stays open flourishes and does great but it's not run very well. You cannot open at eight in the morning and have nothing to offer a few cookies some dog treats and a few yesterday's almond croissants, please please do better, be better. I want to see this Place really thrive!

It's a bit loud, crowded during peak hours, but the payoff is a good quality tea for your time and about 7-8$. I recommend this place if you're lookin to get for what you pay in terms of quality.

Was a big fan of the Century City one the first time that I went and was impressed by how "fancy"…read moreit was in comparison to other boba places. Again, it was the first place I was introduced to those slim 3 piece flute straws that make you enjoy more of the tea's flavors. More Chagee's have popped up since then and this is the first one I've been to that was not inside of a mall or shopping center. Very spacious, lots of parking, very aesthetically pleasing inside with the warm lighting, and lots of seats and tables with outlets so people were studying, working on stuff, or just hanging out. Restrooms have a number code and was very clean too. It's opened fairly late at 10 PM which is pretty nice. There's not much out here that can measure up to Chagee time wise and tea wise, so it's fulfilling an ecological niche for this area. You can always order from the front, or you can download the Chagee app and rack up points on that and pick up from the counter. Didn't take too long for my drink to come out, nor did it take too long for my friend's. Out of morbid curiosity, I got something I usually would never get, the CHAGEE Daydream. Awful mistake, not going to lie. Like any other special drink you get at other tea places, you can't make too many customizations or changes (at least not in the app), so you can only get this large and the sweetness is either normal or less sweet. No option to take out the whipped cream, change the amount of caramel drizzle, etc. This drinks is essentially an oolong milk tea and caramel Frappuccino. Sounds like it might be good right? Unfortunately, even at less sweet, it was way sweeter than its Starbucks counterpart. To the point where I couldn't finish it and it's living in our fridge as a sweetener for my brother's black coffee and my friend almost gagged (held back due to the amount of people in the cafe). Like, I get it, maybe I ordered the wrong thing, but a place can truly be an amazing S tier tea place if I can throw a dart on the board, order anything and have it be super good. At least they have a lot of very nice, quality looking merchandise.

The lasagna was pretty darn good...a tad smaller than I expected, but if there is a bigger version, i missed it. Salads are pretty large, could've gotten away with just 1 for the 8 people I was ordering for. Parking - Strip mall-ish parking, so one does not struggle to find a space. Staff - Super friendly and helpful and got my order organized so I could carry it all to the car. Definitely comin back when I'm in the area.

These ladies did an amazing job on my order. They made minecraft cookies for my sons birthday party. Not only were the cookies designed and decorated to perfection, but they tasted even better than what looked like. Awesome job ladies. Customer for life.
