After finishing with my oil change, he told me there were 6 things that needed to be fixed. One of them was a filter replacement for a $145.00. If you think I'm kidding, I'll post the pictures. I took my car to my regular mechanic who is my friend. All of those things that he said that I needed, don't need to be done until I hit 50,000 miles. My car only has 30 430 miles. I'm not sure if he thought that he could take advantage of me because I was a woman. My mechanic also laughed at the prices & said they were outrageous. They don't even charge labor to replace the filters. Ps I can buy the filters & replace them myself. I'll have to say I will never come back to this place ever again. This is in response to the owner's response. Even if that was the case there are 3 other services that you wanted to charge me for that were also not needed. Also, no response to a $145 charge for a filter replacement, which is ridiculous. The way this economy is now and everything is already outrageously expensive due to this administration. You need to stop taking advantage of people. Andrea, we recommend servicing CVT transmission fluid every 30K miles because they fail quite often and sometimes with very low miles; Jason did a wonderful job educating and communicating this. Even if your friend doesn't agree, have it performed anyway :) We wish you the best and hope you find a shop that better aligns with you.

In less than two months, I started noticing the steering wheel vibrating when I was driving at high speed on the highway. I took it to a mechanic, and he told me that the tires were cupping. I called Carmax customer service, and we set up an appointment. I showed up at the place right on time. The guy in the customer service department couldn't find my name in the appointment list. Later, I learned that they've set the appointment at the wrong location. I tried to set a second appointment, but the guy behind the desk told me that there would be a fee charged for the diagnosis. I told him that this seems like an inspection issue, because the cupping tire issue is not something that could happen in a period of two months. But the guy behind the desk seemed completely unconcerned and didn't even bother to listen. I could tell he was clearly trying to get rid of me so he could go back to his things. My car is less than one year old, and I have only driven it for two months, and I am already spending money on it.

Service was great with the very best service advisor Chris Durbin. He is the reason I switched over from Nissan to CDJR, from reviews from people I respect. It is with regret that it took me so long to write this recognition for Chris because he is really awesome. He knows about cars so he will check with the technician, he will often advise what's not necessary and where I should take my car when the armrest wears out. Thorough, courteous, knowledgeable and generous with his time to explain what's needed. I will be coming back as long as Chris is there and I hope CDJR recognizes what an exceptional service advisor Chris is. P.S. The shuttle is a great addition.
