    I would give them 0 stars if I could. They sold me a brand new Maverick with manufacture defects and have done a horrible job with service and repairs. Seat belt leveler came broke, they didnt properly fix it so it broke again and they didnt fix the cosmetic damages I found when I got home-which they said they would take care of. Overall it has been a horrible experience. Besides wasting time at the dealership for every repair appointment, they do such a crappy job. Even their corporate customer service team was helpless. Now Im stuck with a truck I paid full price that has a bunch of manufacture defects. DO NOT RECOMMEND.

    Do not buy a car here. And most definitely do not buy a car with Chris. Less then a week of having the vehicle the oil light comes on, I reach out to Chris to bring the car back to have a look by the mechanics. Chris gaslit me and said there was nothing wrong with it, it must just been a shortage and shortly blocked me after. In the long run (three months after having the vehicle) I ended up taking it to get an oil change and the valve cover gasket had a major leak. Also the day I picked up my car there was a bubble in the paint above the driver side door, Chris then gaslit me AGAIN by saying it was nothing and proceeded to rub the bubble out of the paint... five months later the paint started to flake off in huge pieces. Now I have three section of the car with major paint damage... and it been less than a year of having the vehicle. Save your self the time and do not go here.

    I should've listened to the reviews, this place is full of sleazy salesmen and the manager encourages it all. This place has treated me so poorly from the moment I stepped in the door. I came in looking for a replacement after my car was totaled and the car salesman didn't even have the respect to ask me my name. When I told him my budget he almost didn't let me take a certain car for a test run, which is actually the car I ended up buying but it gets absolutely worse. There was a warning light on the dashboard and I was told that it was because of the tire pressure, comes to find out the wheel sensors were missing and I wasn't made aware. I saw a scratch on the car and asked the car salesman about it and he told me it was something that can just be 'wiped off', which was a lie! While coming back to get the tire sensors replaced after an hour of driving the salesman took it upon himself to drill holes in the front bumper of my car to put in a license plate without my permission. I now have damage to the front of the vehicle. I then asked to speak to the manager who told me to get plugs and color them with white out and stick it in my car. After asking them to do it they refused the service and instead brought it plugs that were poorly painted and didn't even fit the holes they drilled in my car. This is worthy of a lawsuit and I have definitely already spoken with my lawyer.

    I have been having trouble with my Accord's Collision Mitigation Braking System (CMBS). After some…read moretime (about 1 to 2 hours) of driving under Adaptive Cruise Control (ACC), the CMBS would shut off and also the ACC with it. Then I would have to pull off the highway, shut off the engine, and restart it. (This can be dangerous. Driving without CMBS can also be less safe.) The error message clears, and allows continued driving, with ACC, for another 1 to 2 hours, until the next CMBS failure occurs. Since driving the car for a hour, to reproduce the error, is not feasible, I decided to go to the dealer, on the next failure, with the error message displayed on the dashboard. This requires that the engine be kept running, since shutting off the engine clears the message. I took the car to Autonation Honda, in Ashburn, VA. I spoke with Fawad Hassan and then directly to the technician, who scanned the engine, and found that the CMBS software needed an update. A service bulletin had been issued about this. The scan took about 10 minutes. The update took another 30 minutes. I was in and out of there in less than 45 minutes. No appointment was demanded. I'm grateful that Autonation Honda had the flexibility needed to deal with an unusual, intermittent failure.

I am put on hold, then cut off. I call back and 30 minutes of repeating the same prompts and keep going into an endless loop. I wanted to see if the sales department is any better. The first ring a sales person answers. I told him he is great for answering on the first ring. He is excited until I tell him I am calling to complain about not being able to talk to the service department. He says he will have someone call me, no call back. I finally try the online chat. I tell them I want to make sure my service is covered by a warranty. He says lets make an appointment and then I will check. I said no, please check first so I can then set up an appointment. He says sorry, I can't help you and the chat ends the session before I can say anything. My 5 stars just became a 1 star. My third Honda wont be from this place. They love you when your buying but it ends there.

I will admit that I should have gotten this in writing, however, one would think that common courtesy would prevail and they would support a client (who just purchased a vehicle) in having two working FOB devices. I left a review on google - which was replied to, but upon calling, they were unwilling to work with me. I would recommend getting it all in writing if you choose to shop here, which I would not do again.

After finishing with my oil change, he told me there were 6 things that needed to be fixed. One of them was a filter replacement for a $145.00. If you think I'm kidding, I'll post the pictures. I took my car to my regular mechanic who is my friend. All of those things that he said that I needed, don't need to be done until I hit 50,000 miles. My car only has 30 430 miles. I'm not sure if he thought that he could take advantage of me because I was a woman. My mechanic also laughed at the prices & said they were outrageous. They don't even charge labor to replace the filters. Ps I can buy the filters & replace them myself. I'll have to say I will never come back to this place ever again. This is in response to the owner's response. Even if that was the case there are 3 other services that you wanted to charge me for that were also not needed. Also, no response to a $145 charge for a filter replacement, which is ridiculous. The way this economy is now and everything is already outrageously expensive due to this administration. You need to stop taking advantage of people. Andrea, we recommend servicing CVT transmission fluid every 30K miles because they fail quite often and sometimes with very low miles; Jason did a wonderful job educating and communicating this. I cannot say enough positive things about the dealership and the transaction I experienced over the past two days. By mistake, I initially went to the Sterling location when I was scheduled for Chantilly--lucky me. We met Darius, who was the most patient and calm salesman I've encountered, on par with our experiences at Lexus dealerships when we lived in Miami. He showed my wife several models, clearly explained the differences, and never once attempted a hard sell. I returned the following day fully intending to drive away in a CX-70. The process was flawless, and the lease terms they presented were actually better than what I had calculated myself. While signing the paperwork, I changed direction. I had planned on a black-on-black CX-70, but at the last minute felt it might be a bit too ostentatious for a couple of 60-plus buyers. Sitting in the showroom was a beautiful CX-90 that felt much more aligned with us. I switched vehicles--and the dealership didn't flinch. The CX-70 paperwork was literally ready for my signature. It dawned on me later that this was the first car I've ever purchased directly off the showroom floor. Bottom line: they have something very good going on there, and I highly recommend the dealership. My daughter also purchased a vehicle from the Chantilly location, which says a lot about the organization overall. I do need to single out Darius--he is exactly what a car salesman should be: knowledgeable, low-pressure, and genuinely engaging. In fact, although I was originally scheduled to meet a different salesman at Chantilly, my wife stepped in and said, "You're buying the car from Darius." She was absolutely right.
