    went there twice just to waste my time. they did not tell me or tired giving all the info as i needed until the end. both times i went- ( i asked like 4 times for the apr never got it. i had to wait and waste my time... again lol. i didnt get the Apr until 30 min of me waiting. i got really high aprs just to drop it lower and lower when i said no. GM is very rude if he doesnt get what he wants... very childish haha this is coming from some one who is younger then him. after trying to get more down payment from me and kept explaining the same thing after i told the GM. i understand and no need to explain. i said that if it doesnt work just ill go. then kept explaining things all over again after i understood just took longer. then the GM prodly says i will not waste my time or the banks. mind this i waited wait for 4 hours respectfully lol. he wasted his time.. and mines...also the banks. emotional men people work here you can see it. then i came back again the next day because they dropped payment but wouldnt not tell me the apr. i waited again and they told me to pay for the insurance. (which i didnt because i wanted to get the car) i told then nah i need to find out what i am getting into before that. i asked many times again. (about 5 times) to the rude GM and angry Owner. once i waited about 20 minutes or more. the bold guy came up to me and then finally we went over the number with the apr he gave me some BS about to how to refinance to my bank once i hit 12 months to have a lower payment. ( you can go to the bank and get it for a better deal and apr since they have your money flow) People please don't listen when they say those things about refinanced through the bank that will screw you up and make them make more money. they will do anything for a sale. they also work with the banks and thats how they both get money. don't be stupid and take your time dont rush it leave it if need. you are the customer you should feel good and satisfie. mind this i would have paid 4 k for the car in one year and paid interest 6,000. after i figured everything out with someone. i said no right after, the owner the bold guy. he got mad because i turned down the deal. these people are such a lie... when he was trying to give me a apr of 22.49. then dropes it to 19% such a waste. they try saying i wont get a better deal anywhere..... i got a better deal of 7.9 Apr and thats where exactly i took my money. Dont waste your time there and be careful you can see and feel everything. they are using you and not your friend. the smiles and eyes can show you where the devil hides. There's no need for me to call--I already explained. From now on, I won't be sending anyone there or buying from that dealer. I prefer working with people respectfully, not being pushed, criticized, or asked personal questions, like the bold guy did about copay. You could've accepted my "no." I value respect and open-mindedness, and this experience was a waste of my time. Thank you for the lesson.

    I have been having trouble with my Accord's Collision Mitigation Braking System (CMBS). After some…read moretime (about 1 to 2 hours) of driving under Adaptive Cruise Control (ACC), the CMBS would shut off and also the ACC with it. Then I would have to pull off the highway, shut off the engine, and restart it. (This can be dangerous. Driving without CMBS can also be less safe.) The error message clears, and allows continued driving, with ACC, for another 1 to 2 hours, until the next CMBS failure occurs. Since driving the car for a hour, to reproduce the error, is not feasible, I decided to go to the dealer, on the next failure, with the error message displayed on the dashboard. This requires that the engine be kept running, since shutting off the engine clears the message. I took the car to Autonation Honda, in Ashburn, VA. I spoke with Fawad Hassan and then directly to the technician, who scanned the engine, and found that the CMBS software needed an update. A service bulletin had been issued about this. The scan took about 10 minutes. The update took another 30 minutes. I was in and out of there in less than 45 minutes. No appointment was demanded. I'm grateful that Autonation Honda had the flexibility needed to deal with an unusual, intermittent failure.

I am put on hold, then cut off. I call back and 30 minutes of repeating the same prompts and keep going into an endless loop. I wanted to see if the sales department is any better. The first ring a sales person answers. I told him he is great for answering on the first ring. He is excited until I tell him I am calling to complain about not being able to talk to the service department. He says he will have someone call me, no call back. I finally try the online chat. I tell them I want to make sure my service is covered by a warranty. He says lets make an appointment and then I will check. I said no, please check first so I can then set up an appointment. He says sorry, I can't help you and the chat ends the session before I can say anything. My 5 stars just became a 1 star. My third Honda wont be from this place. They love you when your buying but it ends there.

After finishing with my oil change, he told me there were 6 things that needed to be fixed. One of them was a filter replacement for a $145.00. If you think I'm kidding, I'll post the pictures. I took my car to my regular mechanic who is my friend. All of those things that he said that I needed, don't need to be done until I hit 50,000 miles. My car only has 30 430 miles. I'm not sure if he thought that he could take advantage of me because I was a woman. My mechanic also laughed at the prices & said they were outrageous. They don't even charge labor to replace the filters. Ps I can buy the filters & replace them myself. I'll have to say I will never come back to this place ever again. This is in response to the owner's response. Even if that was the case there are 3 other services that you wanted to charge me for that were also not needed. Also, no response to a $145 charge for a filter replacement, which is ridiculous. The way this economy is now and everything is already outrageously expensive due to this administration. You need to stop taking advantage of people. Andrea, we recommend servicing CVT transmission fluid every 30K miles because they fail quite often and sometimes with very low miles; Jason did a wonderful job educating and communicating this. Even if your friend doesn't agree, have it performed anyway :) We wish you the best and hope you find a shop that better aligns with you.

I cannot say enough positive things about the dealership and the transaction I experienced over the past two days. By mistake, I initially went to the Sterling location when I was scheduled for Chantilly--lucky me. We met Darius, who was the most patient and calm salesman I've encountered, on par with our experiences at Lexus dealerships when we lived in Miami. He showed my wife several models, clearly explained the differences, and never once attempted a hard sell. I returned the following day fully intending to drive away in a CX-70. The process was flawless, and the lease terms they presented were actually better than what I had calculated myself. While signing the paperwork, I changed direction. I had planned on a black-on-black CX-70, but at the last minute felt it might be a bit too ostentatious for a couple of 60-plus buyers. Sitting in the showroom was a beautiful CX-90 that felt much more aligned with us. I switched vehicles--and the dealership didn't flinch. The CX-70 paperwork was literally ready for my signature. It dawned on me later that this was the first car I've ever purchased directly off the showroom floor. Bottom line: they have something very good going on there, and I highly recommend the dealership. My daughter also purchased a vehicle from the Chantilly location, which says a lot about the organization overall. I do need to single out Darius--he is exactly what a car salesman should be: knowledgeable, low-pressure, and genuinely engaging. In fact, although I was originally scheduled to meet a different salesman at Chantilly, my wife stepped in and said, "You're buying the car from Darius." She was absolutely right.
