Thai Milk Tea, bagel and cream cheese

I haven't been back to this cafe in so long. Their Thai Milk Tea and food is always so good and I got the bagel this morning but when I opened it there was barely any cream cheese in it. Good thing I have some at home but this was a little sad to bite into. If I do return I might just order the other items

I have say this place is the boom! The Thai milk tasted like the real thing, when you go to Thai restaurant,Top of that the teriyaki chicken,is too dead for. I came back again trying the green tea latte,it's good taste settling more milk then creamy.if your going for more a cream taste go for the tea Thai tea.

This is one of my favorite restaurants in Dorchester. Their chicken Teriyaki is so good. I couldn't stop eating it even tho I was full. The chicken is spicy and the rice comes with it, it was perfect. The Vietnamese coffee hit different here. They are very busy so you need to call and order ahead. Definitely recommend!!

I started coming here after a new job opportunity nearby. The food is good and greasy! Nothing special about the establishment, no gourmet cuisines here, just legit delicious, greasy food for the soul. I ordered the bacon, egg and cheese on a cinnamon raisin bagel and it filled me up. The bacon was cooked perfectly and the eggs were fluffy. Next time I will ask them to make my bagel a little crispier. Their menu is has many options for breakfast and lunch that should satisfy various audiences. There is a seat in area but the facility is not huge for large crowds. Call and order ahead of time during lunch hours because you will be waiting!

If you're looking for classic greasy breakfast food, this is the place for you. I got a bacon, egg, and cheese sandwich on a bagel. The eggs were great, I might ask for the bacon to be cooked a little more well-done next time but I'm also a weirdo and like mine burnt. The bagel could be toasted a little crispier, but as is it was doughy and delicious. I also got a vanilla iced coffee. They go pretty heavy on the cream and sweetener which I'm a fan of, but you may want to ask them to go lighter on it if you prefer your coffee a little less dessert-y. It's clear that it's a pretty popular place for locals, most of the people there seemed to be regulars. I took my stuff to go, which seems to be the default although there is seating if you'd like to eat there. I'll definitely be coming back in the future.

HHold on forget sarku japan , at first I was skeptical of buying their chicken teriyaki but right when I picked it up and smelt it I knew it was valid after I taste it I'm already planning tomorrow's order lol secret menu items be hitting

Udon Noodle Soup. Tasty filling and has a variety of elements included.

Good and very inexpensive food for breakfast or lunch option. I personally enjoy a kielbasa sandwich, beef or chicken teriyaki bánh mì, or the udon noodle soup. Best thing is that the guy at the front always has a smile on for you. I like to call ahead and my orders have been correct and ready by the time I get there and I'm less than a 5 min walk away.

I haven't been here since it was Dippin Donuts. But today made me remember why I use to go so much! The good was so delish and the price is wonderful! They place is nicely designed small atmosphere but it's comfy. My food didn't take long at all. Definitely recommend for people to go or try out!

Great blueberry pancakes! Quick and yummy breakfast for $8 a plate with delicious Vietnamese iced coffee!

The strawberries and banana balanced it out so it didn't feel too heavy. Portion size was solid--borderline dessert-for-breakfast, but in a good way. Coffee was decent, nothing crazy. Place is small and gets packed, so expect a wait. Overall: great spot if you want something sweet and indulgent for brunch.

I stopped by in the early afternoon this past Monday with my top-tier chum who literally went to the school of hospitality. This establishment is pretty close to a prior Airbnb we've stayed at and is in a neighborhood we've spent a solid amount of time in, so it's been off and on our radar for a few years. I'm pretty sure we attempted to stop by on an earlier trip but it was too busy - a tribute to the restaurant for sure. Two elements stood out to me almost immediately when we walked in, one good, one bad. On a positive note, the service was excellent - that came across in waves. This is a busy restaurant in a tourist area, and nine out of 10 times, the hospitality would suffer as a result. Not here; we were warmly received as soon as we walked in and were consistently attended to throughout our visit. Top notch in that regard. Con? Personal preference on my end, it just felt kind of grimy in there, like it had taken on the personality of its neighborhood, which is in my opinion not the best and has a homeless issue. There's definitely some personality in there - some gorgeous wood paneling and whatnot - but it was a little too chaotic/claustrophobic for me. I think there's a way they could upgrade the interior without compromising the uniqueness of Cafe Bonjour. I was at the part of our mini-vacation where I didn't necessarily have regrets over my food naughtiness, but my palate definitely needed some legitimate nourishment. I opted for the Signature Blueberry Bowl,, which predictably featured a great many blueberries, and was essentially an acai bowl interpretation with bananas and peanut butter (similar to the Acai Power Bowl at Playa Bowls). It was fine - good portion for what it was. I think they should have made it more...solid, if that makes sense. Like make the blended blueberry aspect quasi frozen so it had more substance to it. Without doing so, it just seemed too liquidy and harder to eat as a result. It was also a little bland and could have used an additional ingredient or two, and the hunks of peanut butter were difficult to blend into the bowl, so sometimes you'd end up inadvertently getting nothing but a mouthful of peanut butter. Not the best, but also probably not their biggest menu selling point. For what it's worth, my chum loved her dish (I think she got the Bennies) and enjoyed her time here immensely. This is one I'd like a do-over on and would be more than willing to come back with a better appetite and revisit - I don't know that my opinions on the vibe/atmosphere are going to change (though maybe some of that is dependent on the weather and this place really shines when the sun is out), but I probably didn't get the best that Cafe Bonjour has to offer.

I wish we had a North Street Grille here but perhaps it's better that I not have easy access to the quality of food otherwise I'd need a new bigger size wardrobe. If in Boston this is an ABSOLUTE MUST HAVE. If we had room and weren't leaving town the same night we'd have bought the banana bread. They provide complementary for each table and it's one of the bestest most beautifully made banana breads I've had. Service was fast and friendly. The French toast was absolutely outstanding!! Easily one of the best I've ever had. Perfectly cooked, rich, and flavorful, it's a must-order and alone makes this place worth visiting. The huevos rancheros were decent, but not quite at the same level. They felt a bit less authentic than expected, and the hot sauce option was limited to Tabasco. I think a more traditional, homemade Mexican-style salsa would have elevated the dish significantly and made it shine. Because of that, I'm giving North Street Grille 4 stars. The French toast is phenomenal, and with a little more attention to authenticity on certain savory dishes, this spot could easily be a 5-star brunch destination. I'd definitely come back! Especially for the French toast.
