I really enjoyed the great beer here as well as the fully whimsical Museum of Bad Art. It was a great time to peruse the artworks with a beer in hand and end the self-guided tour with some of their fun games, such as Skee-Ball. While we did not order food here, what I saw was really great looking, and they have a nice display of merch. While we were there, they were doing a DOGtober fest, so we were able to observe a few adorable pooches. That was a nice addition to our visit. The laid-back vibe was great, and if I was local, I would make this a regular spot. The flight options are favorable, and we enjoyed almost every taste.

Dorchester Brewing is such a gem! I've attended a few events here before, but this time they hosted mine--and I couldn't be more grateful. After a last-minute cancellation from another venue, the team at Dorchester Brewing (shoutout to Steph & Matt!) truly saved the day. They were incredibly kind, accommodating, and easy to work with. The space was perfect, and my guests had an amazing time. Highly recommend for both casual visits and private events!

Fun, two story building. Great to laugh at the museum of bad art. Very nice city views from the rooftop. And the M&M BBQ is scrumptious. Coconut martini is fantastic, beer is great, but I don't recommend the Tiki for 2.

Such an awesome upstairs area with plenty of sunlight! The flights are great and I love that you can buy solo 5oz glasses of most drinks. Service was super friendly but very hands off. Street parking only, but there are plenty of spots right along the street and it's free! Sweet potato fries came out freshly fried and are sprinkled with cinnamon sugar, weird but couldn't stop eating them Ribs and pulled pork were well cooked and the best part of our meal. Make sure to get extra bbq sauce! The sides were only okay, mac n cheese was dry and cole slaw was plain, but the CORNBREAD! Definitely go for the cornbread. It's not the best brewery in Boston, but the space is huge with some serious views! Highly recommend you make it to this spot before it gets too cold

There is so much to love about this place. The beer is stellar. They have seltzer slushies. There is a Pirate sign on the closet door, a la It's Always Sunny in Philadelphia. There is an amazing Rooftop Patio, with both indoor and outdoor seating. There is a perma taco truck on site. Everyone that works here is fun and nice. This was definitely a stand out experience on our trip to Boston.

The Hudson Gold from Dorchester Brewing Company!
    Alden C.

Steve and I recently enjoyed the Hudson Gold from this brewery. This beer is a blonde/golden ale according to Untappd and that description fits the beer quite nicely. It's well balanced, crisp and has a bready flavor that is very pleasant to indicate. It's also a beer where it would not be difficult to have more than one of. It's easy going and pleasant to drink. Nice first time beer for us from Dorchester Brewing!

Chicken wings are real good not over cooked at all the ribs was nice and tender and very flavorful. The spicy bbq sauce is delicious. The Mac n cheese is regular didn't try the greens. Daniel our waiter made sure we had everything we needed and kept checking on us. The ambiance is great we ate outside looking at the Boston skyline. I recommend this place if in Boston and in the mood for draft beer and barbecue food.

    Dogs at the brewery!

Dog friendly... and just friendly in general! Hello, I created an account to leave this review. I brought two golden retrievers to Dorchester brewing and they made sure to accommodate on their front balcony to make sure that we had a space to sit with our dogs despite not having outside seating and their existing outdoor seating being painted that day. I was worried we would have to find a new brewery and call an audible, but despite both major setbacks the brewery brought ought enough seating to accommodate our whole party and then some. Seriously A+ service and I could tell the staff was genuinely happy to help out. They made my wife's birthday so special and save my bacon! Joy and Brandon were the only two names I got, but the whole team did a great job. Also... the beer was good too! They had an incredible variety for all pallets. I cannot recommend this place enough. Best, John

    The Roasty Toasty Flight

Came here on a nice early afternoon to finally give this place a try and was pleasantly surprised to find plenty of variety in this nifty little taproom, as well as all the lovely works of bad art throughout the building. Great atmosphere, as well as a cute selection of classic board games over in the corner. Now, when it comes to the drinks... The Fruity Flight had a nice color palette that was pretty aesthetically pleasing, but also very refreshing if you're into sours. As for the Roasty Toasty Flight, I would recommend it if you're into stouts, darker beers, and earthy flavors - especially the Snowbird since it felt more on the herbal side with all its spices. As an honorable mention, I'd also recommend the Beantown as it has a very full and filling mouthfeel to it, with how rich and sweet it was. Definitely had a lovely experience at this taproom. Would come back again!

100% recommend this brewery to visitors of Boston and Locals. Nice staff that work here. Great atmosphere. They have shuffle board, skeeball, and a basketball game in the back The upstairs roof top is great! They have indoor and outdoor part with tables and chairs. Great vibes and great beer! We did not try the food but everything we saw others ordering looked very good. I would come back to this brewery in a heartbeat!

    Is there a parking lot?

There's a ton of free, on-street parking! The parking lot right next the the brewery doesn't belong to DBC, so you'll want to avoid parking there since I think the business next door might ticket.

Yes but not at this time due to covid maybe soon they'll open it back up for doggos

I would expect the outdoor space would come in handy once the weather warms up. Conveniently located right off of Seaport Blvd. surrounded by some other good food and dessert options. Lots of parks in the area, including Fan Pier Park, which offers some spectaculay views of the Boston Skyline...particularly after dark. Metered Street Parking was actually manageable, especially in the later post 6-pm midweek hours in the Fort Hill Square Area. Meters are in effect through 8pm with a 2-hour maximum, so if you arrive after 6pm and feed the meter until 8pm, you are all set for the night! The South Station (Red) T Station is also nearby. Both options are a short walk to Fan Pier Park. There are also lots of garages available in the immediate area as well.

I got 5 oz pours of all of their IPA's and was in heaven. The Really Big Bird and Galaxy Cutting Ties were amongst my favorites. I wanted to try multiple stouts but unfortunately most of their pastry stouts were not on tap. They were only in 18.5-ounce bottles so I could only order one. I got the Macaroon Macaroon, which was a collab with Veil Brewing in Richmond VA (another phenomenal brewery that I have been to). It was dessert in a glass. I had the lady friend with me, or I would have opened and closed this place that or passed out in the corner. I was in heaven. She ordered some spinach and artichoke dip but I don't remember it. It was filler as far as I was concerned. This place isn't about the food; it's about their amazing beer.

The place has a really fun vibe -- coffee shop in the morning and brewery in the evening. The hostess was super friendly and got us seated in a nice dry spot in the back where we could admire all the brewing equipment. Live music started while we were there, adding more energy to the atmosphere. There's also an upstairs area that looked like a great place to hang out. The food looked fantastic, and my wife was especially excited to see they had a gluten-free dessert option. They offered a huge variety of freshly brewed beers -- IPAs, pilsners, sours -- something for everyone. They also had several non-alcoholic options, which was nice to see. I enjoyed a few half beers along with an order of guacamole, and my wife had the flourless chocolate cake for dessert. Everything was delicious. The service was great, the beer was cold and fresh, and the atmosphere made it such a fun place to relax for a while. Definitely a great spot to grab a few drinks and hang out!

Their hazies were really good especially Runner's High and Cloud Candy. While we were sitting there, we ordered a few apps; a hummus plate and some hot honey Brussel sprouts.
