This was a really nice surprise - it was our intended destination but worked out really well. I really liked the coffee - Corvus - and the feel of this place with the open air and outside seating. Cute trendy coffee shop right on Colfax! I stopped by here during covid to get a to go coffee. They have the store set up for social distancing and are wearing masks which is great. Parking was super easy and they also validate for the parking garage which is nice! As far as the coffee I got a latte which was tasty. They also have a bunch of specialty drinks including seasonal ones. For food options they had lots of pastries, I didn't try one this time but am curious to try one next time I go. I'll definitely have to come back after covid and be able to get the complete experience. From the looks of it, I think it would be a great coffee shop to do some work at. read more

I live across the street, so I know the coffee is good, but I just witnessed one of the best customer service interactions I've ever seen. A severely impaired dude was running around the block at 8:00 AM screaming and punching cars. I watch the guy walk into this coffee shop with a decent amount of fear for the employees and customers, only to see him promptly walk out, followed by an employee who didn't yell at him, but rather handed him a drink. The dude quietly walked away from the neighborhood, happy with his drink. Bravo to the employees for keeping everyone inside safe. read more

Visiting Denver and I had the morning free. Stumbled upon Doppio after reviewing the Yelp reviews. I am from Virginia and I ordered the Avocado Toast and coffee. I guess my southern accent did not translate well, so I got the Almond Toast. It looked too good to send back. The owner delivered the food and offered to bring the Avocado Toast as well. I passed, she came back 15 mins later with a cookie and offered again for me to come back later and order the Avocado Toast this afternoon. The Almond Toast was incredible! I am always happy to support a woman-owned local business. I am very lucky to live basically right across the street from this place. Funny enough, I haven't tried the food so I can't speak for their food menu, but I love the coffee. They have the standard coffee-house selections, as well as a really creative seasonal drink menu. They have a house-made rose syrup that is incredible...it is especially delicious in their chai. Times I'm working from home I will find myself sometimes counting down the minutes where I can step away and run across the street for one! And the atmosphere is great: the interior is really clean and classy but also not pretentious or off-putting like some coffee houses can be. My only complaint is that they open a little late compared to some coffee places (7:30), but all in all it is one of my favorite coffee places in Denver. read more

I came by for breakfast one morning and was SO delighted! I got the croissant sando and it came with a little breakfast salad (and underrated breakfast side). It was so filling that I didn't feel hungry for lunch for probably about 5 hours! I wasn't able to head back while I was in town, but this place is definitely worth a stop. It was also their year anniversary, so I walked away with a free chia seed pudding. Note: I didn't get any coffee, but it looks like they have a great coffee program. read more

Went here with a friend while visiting Denver. We both got the coffee flight and the croissant sandwich. The sandwich and the side salad were really good and perfect size for breakfast. The flight came with a little cup of brewed coffee, a double espresso shot, a small glass of nitro cold brew, and soda water. The brewed coffee was really tasty and smooth, the shot tasted pretty burnt, and the nitro was decent tastes kind of chocolatey. For $6 it wasn't bad but probably would not get it again. Overall we really liked the food and the atmosphere but would ultimately pass on the flight and go for a latte instead. read more

Rose Latte is perfect hot or cold! Ham and cheese croissant is melt in your mouth right out of the oven. Grilled chicken salad is pretty good too! This place is so good that this is the third day that I've been here since visiting my daughter. A definite go to place once a week, if I lived here. read more

This place was a cool little spot. Beware that your gps may bring you to a location slightly away from the coffee shop since the coffee shop is in the back of the building. Took me a bit to find it since the sign to the shop isn't very noticeable. Also I spent 10 minutes trying to find parking only to find out the coffee shop gives you the first couple hours of parking in the lot next to them for free so keep that in mind. I really enjoyed this place due to the windows and open garage door and patio. When I'm trying to get things done at the coffee shop I need a lot of light and windows to keep me motivated so this was perfect place. There isn't a lot of seating but it is spacious with plenty of room to walk around. I had the China tea Lavender drink, is what I think it was called which was very good and presented in a nice way. It had just enough lavender added to the tea and I really enjoyed the bubbles. The one thing I didn't like was how the bathrooms were down the hall outside of the coffee shop and you needed a key. I really hate touching bathroom keys when I have a drink or food. So after I had washed my hands in the bathroom I had to touch the key and bring it back. You never know where those keys have been in the bathroom. Other than that, nice spot. Could get hard to find parking on a busy day if the parking lot is packed though. read more

I'm in the area for business but I went out of my way to find this coffee shop after I read all of the amazing reviews. Yelp didn't let me down! I got the matcha latte (which was tasty and was well designed) and the avocado toast. The toast was delicious and savory. Plenty of avocado, grape tomatoes, and a slight salty counter with the crumbled bacon. They have indoor and outdoor seating that you can chill at for a while. It's a very calming space with great music, delicious food and drinks, and very friendly people. I will definitely be back when I'm in the area! read more

I just finished the last bite of my delicious everything bagel breakfast sandwich. The eggs inside were cooked and seasoned to perfection. Also, this place m understands presentation value. I've never seen so much care put into breakfast sandwich plating especially considering the reasonable prices. My latte looked beautiful and tastes just as good. This café is a nice addition to the neighbourhood. Tucked at the corner of North Lafayette and Colfax, it offers a very modern and spacious space with ample seating. There is also a UPS locker in the café if this convenience applies to you. The barista who served me was very friendly and made a great cup of latte! Hands down best iced coffee! I got the Saigon -Vietnamese coffee with condensed milk... tastes amazing! Clean and modern look. Very friendly staff , the barista suggested drinks. Also, if you live near by there is a UPS access locker system here to p/u packages! This place is adorable! They use Cuorvo coffee which is delicious. Normally add a splash of milk and sugar, but basic brew was so good I didn't need to add anything. I also had the savory scone, which as someone else mentioned is more biscuit/bread like but was excellent. Cheesy rosemary. Yum! Would definitely come back. It also has a UPS locker inside. All the tables and seats had been unclean. I asked for a staff member to clean and sanitize (given its covid and all) and they rolled their eyes saying all tables are stained. She wiped it down though I guess in her mind to demo for posterity's sake and crumbs fell off the table (obviously not stained like she protested) she missed all the sesame seeds and crumbs, hair, and coffee too and didn't touch the seats with cleaner. THIS PLACE IS SO SWEET. I wish I lived closer to it because the passion that lies in this cafe is beautiful. I would be here everyday if I could pull of the mileage. The breakfast burrito tastes extremely homemade and has a slight taste of Mexican spices which was not overwhelming at all. Loved this place. I wanted to find a new small coffee shop in Denver with a trendy vibe and that is exactly what I got. I wasn't expecting as much food as they offered so I ended up getting a breakfast croissant sandwich with Gouda and egg. It came with a side salad that was light and fresh. The food was made well and they had an extensive drink list. There was also a Valentine's special which was delicious. There were plenty of milk alternatives and non-coffee options. Just visited this location of Thump a few weeks ago for a post-gym get together. This is located in the new Denver Health building - filling a void in good coffee shops in this area. Came here on a Saturday afternoon for drinks and food with my girlfriend. My girlfriend was served her dish after a 10 minute wait. Our drinks came another 5 minutes later. It took an additional 30 minutes for me to get my food. What happened to serving dishes together. Staff was not very polite when I brought it up.
