Blaming me after the third try for ordering the incorrect size when I just relied on the measurements he provided! He wanted to order another shower door again but it seemed ridiculous at that point. I ended up hiring someone else and costing me more money to finish the project.

Our septic field had been leaking from the the fourth and sixth rows to the surface. We took a long…read moretime searching until we found a septic tank flushing company that recommended Tolson's for repair of septic drainage fields. Turns out the grandfather of the man who now owns and runs the company put the original field in when the house was built 40 years ago. They came out that day and immediately started looking for the distribution box, a cement box with the pipe from the septic tank coming in and six pipes, one for each row, going out. The cement had dissolved over time, dirt had gotten in and completely clogged two of the pipes, and water flowed mostly into the first and second pipes from the end. They put in two valves that worked to raise the water level so the other pipes could be recruited. Then they came back not long later and put in a whole new chamber of plastic with new pipes as roots had broken through two of the pipes leading out, making certain that all pipes were level so that no row would be overused and others underused. The leaks are now completely gone. I didn't know there was such a thing as a distribution box. I thought the whole field had to be replaced. Leonard, the owner and his crew are highly conscientious, competent and thorough. If you have or ever have a similar problem Tolson's are the people to call.

We converted two rooms plus a hallway into a master suite as well as split two large upstairs rooms into three. We had structural concerns and lots of logistics to work out and I wouldn't trust anyone other than Mike to draw up the plans to make sure everything is safe and up to code. Al oversaw the projects and was in constant communication with us and regularly was on site to make sure everything was going smoothly. If anything wasn't 100% correct or what we had discussed, he would make sure it was remedied. Big shout out to Franz who even showed up to work the day after his wife had a baby! The M3 team worked late days and on weekends (with our consent) to meet their deadlines, even when the county held them up with permitting issues they still worked hard to finish within our timeframe. We even made major changes to our plans after construction had begun and they were able to pivot and help us get more square footage for the upstairs bedrooms. There were also numerous curveballs that they handled with ease (ya never know what you'll get with an old house). This was our first time doing any sort of large project and the team at M3 gave us plenty of guidance and support to make sure the finished product exceeded our expectations. What a thrill to have discovered this superb contractor! We had a 3-room remodeling project…read more(living room/dining room/library and hall) that other contractors had low-bid on -- with insufficient understanding of the project's scope. Andrei videotaped the project and developed a detailed scope of work that met our requirements exactly. The work included removing wallpaper, painting (including ceiling that slopes from 8' to 18'), installing wainscot, fixing floors, installing electrical boxes, installing new wallpaper, etc. Each of the 3 teams he brought in were extraordinarily competent, friendly, organized, and meticulous. The wallpaper and flooring work in particular is beyond perfect! We will be asking them back next year, to gut and model a bathroom. These guys are GREAT.

I…read morewas on the board at my previous condo for 18 years, I have been on my current condo board for eight years, and Home Perfection Contracting is the best and most professional contractor I have ever worked with. They tore off our old exterior stairs structure and siding, waterproofed the entire wall, and installed new siding and a stairs structure that is far superior to the old one. Their integrity and work quality are off the charts. The owner, Ahmad Khreshi, did thorough research before starting our well-planned project. I was impressed by his knowledge of current construction techniques and dedication to doing the job right. There were several problems that required Ahmad to think outside of the box, one being how to install siding under our existing power lines conduit which was mounted to the exterior wall at six different points. Several times, Ahmad's crew discovered water damage due to poor work by our developer. Ahmad was extremely flexible in adding repair of that damage into his work plan on top of the bid-upon work. Ahmad was kind and fair, listened to our concerns, answered our questions, kept us in the loop, worked with us on timing, and gave us a couple breaks. His crew was extremely professional and respectful, taking off their shoes when they had to come through the building and isolating interior work areas with plastic sheet dividers. When our project was completed, Ahmad send us the following. I've never worked with a contractor who followed up with an offer of help like this: "Remember, you can always reach out with any technical building related questions, in any trades. I'm more than happy to give advice and guidance on code matters or general best practices, even if you are hiring other people."
