I used this company through AAA last month. To start off, they were extremely quick. These two things are what is mostly carrying the 3 stars they got. Ultimately they weren't able to get me into my car. While I'll admit my situation was a bit different than the "normal" customer, I'm still a bit disappointed they weren't able to get me into my vehicle. My car is a early 2000s BMW that has had most of the interior removed (unfortunately including the unlock button in the center console). My battery had died and I discovered that the lock cylinder wasn't functional, so I wasn't able to unlock the door with the key. The guy that came out tried the door handle with his hook through the window, but wasn't able to get it. He was apologetic, but in the end wasn't able to get me in to my vehicle. I ended up buying a cheap extended hook and door air wedge off of Amazon and was able to pull the hood release lever, connect jumper cables to the battery terminals and unlock the door with the key fob.
