They wouldn't tell me the price when I called said we would talk about it when they got there. They unlocked my car door in less than 2 mins. They proceeded to charge me $225 but they tacked on $30 more dollars for taxes and insurance. I have called and asked for a receipt twice and never received one. I would not use them again. I arrived on site with no appointment scheduled and met with one of employees. Whom was knowledgeable and polite. I explained my desire for my new key-fob's to be cut and programmed as well. Late review, but I came in on 11/10/25 about having a OEM Honda key cut for my motorcycle (Honda Africa Twin), the key worked with my ignition but unfortunately the key wasn't working for my gas cap when I tried it at home. I came back the next day inquiring about a fix. They assured me they would fix it with the other machine the day after. When I came back again with the bike this time, they were able to have a blank key precisely cut which worked perfectly and they even fixed the original OEM key so that it would work with the gas cap. As a bonus, they offered me the cut blank key for 50% off as a courtesy, which is nice. Rest assured, I would trust them again. Even if you a problem, they seem to care about fixing any issues you may have. 10/10. read more

I locked my keys in my office. They came quickly and opened the door. The locksmith asked if I wanted to pay cash or credit and I said credit. After I signed the receipt I saw that there was a 4% fee for using a credit card. I told the locksmith that he should have mentioned this and he said sorry but there is a fee and it was on the receipt. I called the office and spoke to the owner who blamed the locksmith for forgetting to tell me and said I should have read the receipt. I told him that I am also a small business owner and when your employees make a mistake, you, the owner, apologize and offer to fix it. He said that if I was that pressed for the $6 he would send me a check. That was 3 months ago. He never did. Not a huge deal, but the attitude was unnecessary. And if HE was that pressed for the $6 he shouldn't have told me he would send it. read more

I lost a 2012 Subaru Keyfob and had to get it replaced-they did the job for about 66% of what the dealership quoted while I waited. The dealership said the key would have to be ordered and take 3-5 days to come in. My only complaint is I called and provided my VIN the day before but never received a call back. read more

I went to get gas at Costco in Woodbridge early on a Saturday morning. I pumped the gas and was about to get back in my car. The door was unlocked and everything I had was in the car. Bought a 2005 Nissan Maxima several months ago and the car would start fine until about two months in when I couldn't get the car started until after about 3-4 times of turning the ignition and fiddling with the shifter. Locked myself out of house today. For a Sunday they were fast and got me back inside out of the heat. Expensive but worth it.

I locked out myself out of my car for the first time and called because they were close to where I was. Someone responded immediately and was able to offer me a flat price on the spot, which was about the low end/average of other places I had called that had offered ranges. The locksmith Cody came by 20-30 min after I called even though he had already gotten off work. He was friendly and efficient, and we got the door open in about 10 minutes. The tools that he used were all rubber tipped or made of rubber-like material so it didn't appear to damage the car; I also appreciated Cody being careful in general and using a terry cloth to protect the frame of the car. Great service overall. 4 stars only because I've never worked with another locksmith in this situation; otherwise, it seems like the 5-star reviews are merited. read more
