If you need a locksmith this is the place to go. They were quick and efficient. My parents lost their desk drawer key and couldn't lock important documents up. They were able to make new keys. When the locks were installed my parents could not unlock. They made a house call and showed them again how to unlock the lock. They were very pleasant and helpful!! read more

I need a new key for my vehicle. I called a round and this place didn't give me the run around. The price was reasonable, and the guy who cut my key and programmed it was very kind. The place is small but they take care of all of your locks, safes, and key issues. If you are looking for great service please stop by and see them. read more

My deadbolt was broken and I was locked out of my house at 2am. I called 5 locksmiths in the area. Pro-Keys was the only locksmith company to answer the phone. They truly are a 24hr service company. Jerry was at my house in less than 20minutes. He is very professional and charged a reasonable price. He opened my door and fixed the deadbolt within 10minutes. I definitely recommend Pro-Keys! read more

I don't go out of my way to write reviews on Yelp due to time constraints. But this time, it's a whole different story. Jerry took care of me swiftly and with the utmost sincerity. He answered all of my questions regarding locks while my car key was being cut. The whole process took no more than a minute. The best customer service experience I've had in a long time with regards to any service industry. Jerry is truly a stand-up guy and I highly recommend getting your Lock Services performed here read more

Needed keys I bought online cut. After running around and no one would cut them since I did not buy them at their establishment, I found these guys. Friendly, fast and efficient! They made sure my keys worked prior to leaving (had vehicle on site). Highly recommended as the service was amazing and the pricing was highly affordable. read more

I called Pro-Keys Locksmith at 3:00 (on a Friday) and by 4:00 they were able to visit our commercial property and fixed the door! Given it was 3:00 on Friday and the commercial property closes at 5:00 I needed a fast response. I'm very impressed with their prompt service and will be using them for future commercial and residential needs. read more

Highly recommended!!! Locked my keys in my car at my sons day care! From the time I placed the call until I was on the road was less than 20 minutes! Super fast, super friendly, extremely knowledgeable, and a true professional. Thanks again for helping me out in a pinch and not taking advantage and charging me an insane amount. read more

Great customer service!!! Jerry was quick, efficient and 1/2 the price of the dealership to get a key for our VW bug. He took his time to make sure all our questions were answered and even waited for me when I was late for our appointment. Great service. I called one morning because I broke a key in the front door lock as I was leaving for work. Jerry was able to come over in about 20 minutes and pry the key out. He even checked with me to see if I had a spare key for the lock so I could secure my house. read more

I needed to get a couple of keys made for my Jeep. I had purchased two remote key blanks online. My local shop wouldn't cut them because they didn't sell them. They recommended Jerry. I called him and he said no problem. I stopped by the shop and Jerry went to work cutting and programming the keys. The transponder part of the keys programmed fine but the remote part wouldn't program and it wasn't for a lack of trying. Jerry suggested we try one of his keys. If it programmed fine it was my keys, if it didn't program there was another issue. Well, it programmed fine. Jerry explained that even though the FCC ID matched there can be a problem with the board. Typical Chinese hit or miss. After all was said and done I ended up with one fully functional remote key, two transponder keys (will run the Jeep but no remote) and a dummy key and Jerry only charged me for his key. He said if I got the non-functional remote keys replaced he'd cut and program them for free. THAT is great service. And, his prices are very reasonable. Now I know where to go for all my key needs. I will definitely recommend him. Just a thought. I'd call first to make sure he's in the shop. I get the feeling he does a lot of mobile work. read more

I experienced an emergency this am --key broke off in the lock. Instead of just installing an entire new lock, Jerry assessed the damage and serviced the existing lock. All this within 1.5 hours of my initial call! No hard sell of a brand new lock, peace of mind, security and excellent customer service! Highly recommend! read more

Great job at a great price. Professional work with courteous customer service. Thanks for the great work!

Jerry from Pro-Keys Locksmith just finished up at my mother's home and I'm very happy with his service. Not only was he quick but very friendly as well. He explained the problem, taking care of only what needed to be done and shared some advice with us on maintaining our lock and latch. I've often found companies unwilling to give estimates over the phone or they end up charging hidden fees and I'm happy to say that neither applies to Jerry's service. He was more than willing to share estimates with me during my call but on top of that I was charged exactly what he stated over the phone. His website also offers coupons and specials and he made sure to charge my mother the best discount possible. I will definitely use his services again in the future! read more

Today I was putting my son in the car and closed his door. I went to open the passenger door and realized it was locked. My husband called a towing company to come unlock the car. while waiting for the towing company to arrive the owner of Pro Keys Locksmith came up to the car. We described our emergency to him and he began to unlock the car. The car was unlocked within seconds and we were all very glad that he decided to assist us since to towing company didn't arrive yet. After unlocking to car we asked him how much we owed him for his services, when he said "no payment was needed" and he wouldn't take any money. The owner said that he was just glad to help and drove away. We would not only recommend this company for any lock/key needs but are truly indebted to them for their speedy efforts in our time of need. Thank you so very much read more

I was in a rush trying to get into work on time this morning & made the typical mistake and locked myself out if the car. After checking out other reviews i finally decided on Pro-keys lock smith. It was still early pre dawn so i didn't expect a quick response but within an hour Jerry was at the Marine Corps Museum to help get my door open. He used a technique that many others don't whch in the long run dents up you're car door & i'm glad he did. I have to say the price was very reasonable and would 100% recommend Pro-keys lock smith service to anyone in need of expert service, especially with Jerry's knowledge. read more

Great service!! Trustworthy and dependable! Jerry from Pro-Keys was a total life-saver - he came out to change the locks after having tenants evicted from my rental house, and not only did he secure my house from shady ex-tenants, but also provided very helpful advice and assistance with the mess they left behind. He is honest and upfront - no games or tricks involved. Would highly recommend! read more

Quick service and friendly, pro-keys helped me out when I locked my keys in my vehicle this morning.

Gotta say, drove from Fairfax today to meet Jerry at 8 am, he and his wife were there promptly. Had to have another key made for a used Ford Escape. He did it quickly, charged me much less than the dealership quoted and I was happy. On the way home I realized something happened to the clock in my car. It was stuck on 8:15 am, and it was already 9:30. I called and headed back. Jerry took the time to do an internet search, became a car mechanic instantly, and would not give up until he had it fixed! I was taking up a lot of his time for $70 plus dollars, but he was not going to let me leave unhappy. His wife and new assistant were very nice as well. He's open on Saturdays, he does those new fangled keys with the chips in them and does the electronic fobs they come with. Highly recommend! Pleasure! read more

i called jerry at pro-keys on behalf of my father who was locked out of his home. jerry was at my father's house within 10 minutes and tried what he could to get the lock fixed. long story short, the bolt needed to be replaced as it was more than 15 years old and all the pins had come loose. jerry replaced the deadbolt quickly and efficiently and i'd highly recommend his service. read more

This company's serviceman was rude, had an attitude. He was late and left a lot of mess. Definitely do not recommend.
