John was terrific from start to finish. He was highly responsive to my initial outreach, providing a highly competitive price and sticking to it when he arrived to do the work. He was out the very next day to rekey our locks and fixed a couple of other minor issues while he was at it. He was personable, efficient, and provided exactly what we needed plus a little extra. Highly recommend! read more

I had some locks that needed replacing, and wanted some advice on what to order - John spared me a service call by reviewing some photos I sent. Totally cementing my choice for locksmithing. When the locks were actually replaced - he went the extra mile to make sure everything worked and wasn't sticky, and was properly aligned. Will absolutely call him again if have any further locksmithing needs. And will recommend him to anyone I know, read more

Excellent service! John consulted with me prior to the appointment, answered all my questions thoroughly. He was able to fix the door lock in 30 minutes! Price was exactly what we discussed. Highly recommend TW Locksmith. read more

Picture it, Sicily, 1922... no wait, that isn't it. Manassas, 2014, Jodi comes home from a snowy two hour commute from work, threw her keys in the door and expected it to open. Click. Click. Jiggle. Jiggle. Jiggle. Jiggle. Jiggle. NOTHING! Once again I was locked out of my house; however this time I actually had the keys and my cell phone, said key just decided to give up on life and not do its job any longer. Thought it was a fluke until my sisters key didn't work either. I logged in my Yelp app and did a little searching and came across TW Locksmith, they had great reviews so I gave them a call. They answered the phone, gave me an estimate of $120.00 plus parts (which I thought was reasonable since it was 7:00pm and snowing) and told me they would be there in about 30 minutes. John arrived faster than 30 minutes; he was able to drill out our broken lock, get us in the house, replace the entire lock/door handle mechanism and gave us two new keys. He was fast, professional, clean and couldn't have been more polite. This is the first time I've ever needed a locksmith personally but I occasionally come across the need to recommend one to my customers - I can assure you that I will be recommending John at TW Locksmith in the future!! read more

After reading reviews for locksmiths online, I called TW Locksmith to rekey two locks at my house. I was given an estimate over the phone that sounded very reasonable. John said he could be at my house in an hour and a half and that's exactly when he arrived. The second I answered the door he greeted me with a smile, showed me his DCJS card (Department of Criminal Justice Services) and a second form of ID. John went over everything with me again, rekeyed both locks and cut four new keys for me. I've added TW Locksmith to my cellphone, because the next time I need a locksmith there is no question who I'm calling. read more

John was on time, on point, priced fair and his customer service was amazing. He was also able to help me identify some other future problems that I wouldn't have even thought about until he told me. The work was quality, on budget, on time and in no other words outstanding. If you need a locksmith, TW Locksmith services are the way to go. read more

Thank you!! Me & the dog are loving our new balcony... Now that we can actually get out there, thanks to you! ***As a single female with an extremely friendly not-so-attack-dog, I was very impressed with how you presented two forms of ID and your business card before setting foot into my condo. In the many years I have dealt with several companies spanning several lines of work, that has never happened! I just moved into this condo, and the previous owner only left 1 key that did not open anything except the front door. After weeks of back and forth emails with the property manager, I finally got a key to the balcony that fit the lock and turned, but did not open the door. Turns out the lock was installed incorrectly and needed to be adjusted because it was off track. I appreciate how you went above and beyond but did not raise the price outside the range you quoted me when you first began working. Thank you :)) read more

T W Locksmith was fast, courteous and professional. They provided same day service with fair and reasonable pricing. I chose them off prior reviews and was not let down. They will receive all my business in the future. Keep up the great work John! read more

We had a wonderful experience with T.W. Locksmith. His rates were affordable, easy to schedule an appointment and had wonderful communication. Our lock needed to be replaced. He worked so efficiently. This is a local business and we were happy to have such a great experience with him. We will use John for any future locksmith services. read more

Just bought a new house in Manassas. The previous owner left ONE key and it did not even open all the locks. Searched around and ask a few folks. They recommended TW Locksmiths. Called them on Wednesday we were not moving in for a week so it was not a rush job. John said he would arrive Friday between 9 and 10 AM and quoted me a price to replace all the locks and give us several keys. He arrived at 9:10AM with everything in hand. Swapped the locks in under 30 minutes, made the keys and was out the door for LESS than he quoted me. No upsell, no hassle and he cleaned up everything on his way out. I will not only use him again, but will recommend him to friends and family. Can't go wrong here. read more

Thank you for answering my call after hours! Thought I would leave a message but that wasn't necessary. We made an appointment for the next day. Professional, friendly, quick and cost effective. Definitely recommend this company! read more

Went on yelp to find a locksmith and saw the good reviews. He finished installing a new door handle and lock for me today and was very pleased with the service. He came early in the window of one hour he have me and was quick to answer the phone or return calls. He managed to find the exact same door handle an install for a reasonable price in less than a half hour. Couldn't ask for more and friendly at that. He covers all of the Fairfax area as far as I know, just with differing charges to come out. I checked around and his fee is much lower than the other locksmiths in the are. I will definitely be using him again in the future. read more

I called TW Locksmiths a few days ago and had them into my new home to rekey my locks. John called 15 minutes before he was scheduled to arrive and let me know he was on his way. He was super friendly, very fast, and even did minor lock repairs at no cost. He is fully licensed, cleaned up after himself, and went out of his way to make sure I was satisfied. I'd recommend them to anyone in need of a locksmith. Thanks, John! read more

My wife and I are on vacation and our son was locked out of the house. The key worked on the lower lock but would not open the deadbolt. A neighbor even tried and could not get it to work. I first called Baldino's which I know to be a good and reputable business. I'll continue to use the for certain needs but no longer for callouts. They quoted me a cost of $267 to come over. (It was around 530-6PM on a weekday and not a holiday) It would have cost more if they could not pick the lock and had to drill it out. I decided this was way too exorbitant and came to yelp looking at reviews. I found TW Locksmith and called. I can't recall the young mans name but he's a small business. He quoted me a cost of $120 and would charge no more if he had to drill it out. He quoted an hour and maybe longer as he was busy but I believe he was there in less than an hour. I didn't meet him but my son said he did a good job. I would not hesitate to use him again if needed. One small issue is that he does not accept credit cards. read more

We were evicting a tenant and the sheriff gave us a specific time to meet him at our home with a locksmith to change the locks. TW was the only company that would commit to a time, vs. a window of time,(i.e. 9-11am). He arrived 15 minutes early, and changed our locks with no hassle. His prices are HALF of what we were quoted by other companies. We are very grateful for his professionalism and understanding of our situation. It is nice to know there are reliable businessman in our area, we will never call anyone else. Thank you SO much!! read more

John was Amazing!!! We had an emergency at our office and had to get into an office that was locked. I literally called him in the afternoon and setup a appointment for the next morning. Excellent, prompt, and professional service after reading the Yelp reviews. Received a fresh set of keys to four doors in our townhouse in Aldie, Virginia in about two hours. Reasonably priced for peace of mind. Definitely will use again if locksmith services are needed! read more

John came out and did a great, professional job on my door. He's a nice guy, fun to talk to, charges completely reasonable non-scammer rates and doesn't leave until the job is done and his customers are happy. Only guy to call! read more

I highly recommend TW Locksmith Services! I needed some locks rekeyed as well as new deadbolts installed. I called Baldino's first, because they were recommended by a friend; then I called TW Locksmith. What a difference! Baldino's was double the price of TW! TW Locksmith is fully bonded and licensed through the Department of Justice (John will show you his ID)...he is prompt, friendly and does what he says he's going to do, when he says he's going to do it! John contacted me via phone and e-mail and was happy to give me a 15 minute advance call so I didn't have to wait at home. Thank you John! read more

John was the best! Called the day of and he was able to come out within a few hours and when he arrived he explained everything and showed us everything. Very knowledgeable and honest. We were probably one of his last appointments of the day and he answered every question and went over everything we could ask for. Would definitely use again and recommend! Thank you John!! read more

I hired John today to take care of an emergency situation with one of my corporate customers. The gentleman than assisted me, John was very professional and timely. TW's price was fair and the job was done to our satisfaction. I've already added TW to our vendors list and look forward to working with them again. read more

Saw the yelp review and gave him a call for an estimate. He came in much lower than Baldinos and was able to re-key 6 locks for half of what the other company was going to charge. He also threw in a free replacement part since he didn't recognize a minor issue at first glance (which I thought was surprising and very nice). Highly recommend. read more

Fast, reasonable price, and detailed work. Would recommend for when you lock yourself out of the house. A+ service.

John was very friendly and professional. Showed both forms of ID upon arrival. Price was actually better than estimated over phone. Called when he was delayed and then called back while on his way. A great job. read more

John is very professional, arrives on time, does great work and I highly recommend him. We had him install 4 new handle sets for our doors and key them alike. We also had him re-key our daughters new house. In both cases all the keys work better than any we had before. Handles and dead bolts are very secure, doors shut easily and all looks very professional. The price was very affordable. read more

John was great, the first thing he did when he came in is showed me his ID and his license to work as a locksmith. Super solid dude. Called him on a Saturday last minute and he was able to squeeze me in the same day. Really insightful, a wealth of knowledge and just an overall friendly guy. Really glad I went with him. He went over and beyond, I would definitely recommend him. read more

I don't write many reviews but I was so impressed by John of TW Locksmith that I felt I wanted to share my experience with others. I called on a Friday afternoon with an exterior door that would not lock. As this was not an emergency I didn't think I would be able to get anyone to come until after the weekend but gave it a shot. John was busy however he was willing and able to make a few adjustments to his schedule to accommodate me. He arrived within an hour with a very pleasant and professional attitude. He not only fixed the lock I called about but after noticing the door didn't shut properly he fixed it! He was also able to make replacement keys to a security door that I had no key for. Wow, great service and a very fair price. I highly recommend using TW Locksmith and the next time the need arises I will be calling there. read more
