His tool slipped and hit the windshield hard. The boss, not on site, says it is impossible and the crack was already there. With no option on my hands, I contacted Mobile 24/7 Quick Locksmith to pick a deadbolt. The technician arrived about 30 minutes after placing a call but was unable to attempt to pick the deadbolt in question because he was missing a tool. He called his boss for backup, who arrived about 40 minutes later. After the boss/company owner arrived, he tried ferociously to pick the lock but was unable to due to the lock's sophistication. Sadly, the only option was to drill it. It took him a minute to open the door after that. Ali, the owner, was very nice and chatty. He seemed like he really enjoys his trade and pricing was very reasonable ($118) given the issue on hand. Thanks for coming to the rescue! read more

My wife and I had just boarded our flight when our house sitter called to say they had locked themselves out. Ali told us one thing that we would have a spare key when he finishmaking a new key for me and after he finishing it the theft light was on and couldn't turn steering wheel so we had to flag him down. He detached battery so theft light can go away on my dashboard but when he connected my battery again it was doing the same thing. So he had to make another key .What took over a hour and something for waiting for him to tell me it's done.I found my original key that I had lost it's not working at all. I am not one to want to leave a bad review, but my experience with Jawad K. Was horrible. When he arrives he tells me that he will try to pick the lock but because of complications he may not be able to and would have to drill the lock causing damage and needing for it to be replaced. He tried picking the lock for a few min and then proceeded to tell me that he was going to have to drill it. After explaining the cost of uninstalling and installing a new lock (the new one is a lock that I bought) it was going to be over $600 so I said I would have someone else come do it. After I said that, he some how was able to pick the lock and tried charging me the same price as he would of if he was going to drill it & put in a temporary lock until the new lock arrived which was $300! I felt that he was being dishonest from the beginning and I will not do business with or recommend this company to anyone! read more

Last night I locked my keys in my car at Panera in Dumfries. I called them they answered quickly told them the problem, asked them for pricing twice and didn't hear an estimate said, the man was also talking fast he said he was on the way. He then arrives at the Shoppers and calls me saying he's at shoppers when I told him Panera Bread, I stood outside for almost 10 minutes because he wouldn't come over to Panera where my car was. He went to target and I told him I was at Panera. He finally comes over does the job quickly and says it's $148. I had some of the money but nor all, I didn't think it would be that much. He starts yelling about how he's the technician what he says goes and said "I'm not rich like you people" so I told him to call his supervisor, he called on his and while I'm trying to converse with the dispatch, the technician is talking over him. Since I told the technician to be quiet so that I can hear. The manager says he'll work something out with me and hangs up. I ask him for the number so that I can call him myself. After 2 attempts if asking he gives it. While I'm on the phone standing in between the driver door, the technician locks my door and tries to close the door on me, (in which my wallet and keys were still in the car). So I stopped him from doing so. While I'm inputting my car info in for the Square payment the technician went back to his car and stood there and kept getting close to my car. I wasn't paying attention, I got in the car because I didn't feel safe made the payment and waited for him to drive off. I noticed that the technician keyed the side of my car and the roof. I called that same number several times it went straight to voice-mail. The supervisor then texts me saying "I'll call you back, how can I help you" I sent him the pictures of my car saying "Your person keyed my car" he responds back "No didn't do it ma'am, Good luck". I tried calling the business number and it went straight to voice-mail. The driver was of Hispanic looking descent and drove a white Toyota corolla. read more
