I've been to other historic diners where the vibes are there, but they've allowed quality to slide. But not Pann's! Here, the food is also high quality. My usual order is fried chicken & pancakes. Pancakes are everything I dream about--fluffy, airy, and absorbs syrup well. Fried chicken is juicy, well-seasoned, has light breading (just how I like it!) and has no greasy residue. This is definitely a place to check out, for fans of historic diners.
