So happy to see this lovely donut establishment closer to home! We have been traveling to Spanish Fork for these awesome donuts for years now....but this new location is only less than ten minutes to get to from home! Met the owners Derrick and Brian, who are just really personable to interact with - super friendly and just really nice guys. This new location is spacious in the lobby/waiting area and inviting. I love that they picked out such an ideal location for Utah County donut lovers! The donuts are delicious as always. Our go-to FAVS: glazed, maple bars, old-fashioned cake, chocolate iced. They also sell kolaches here too such as sausage & cheese, real cheese, sausage, cheese & jalapeno just to name a few. Been loyal fans for years!

Friendly staff greet you warmly. Colorful, clean store. Bought a blueberry cake and two frosted ring donuts (blueberry, orange creamsicle - different & tasty), and a chocolate milk. I'd go again just for the service.

I was so excited to finally try Cowboy Donuts. I've only heard great things! We got an assortment to try different ones. They were all delicious. My favorite is the Raspberry Bismark. It's one of the best donuts I've ever had! Definitely will be going back, often! My husband got a sample of some dinner rolls the owner was making and he said they were the best he ever had.

So this place is new in town! And you won't be disappointed with them either. Been to the one in Rock springs and it was amazing. This place did not let me down just like the others. They have a variety of good doughnuts and the best apple fritters. Not to mention the kolaches they have are amazing! Thanks you cowboy doughnuts for coming to American Fork, this fat boy will never be skinny with amazing places like this. Come support this new place you will love it.

Been anxious for this place to open since I first saw the sign a few months ago. It did not disappoint. Tried the glazed, chocolate old fashion, apple fritter, and the sausage egg cheese jalapeño kolache. All were great! My fav was the chocolate old fashion - it had this awesome crisp to it that I loved! The best part though - I couldn't try them right away so I had them sitting in the bag they came in for a couple hours. Shockingly, the bag wasn't greasy at all! You know how some donuts soak straight through the bag or even the box!? These did not! It was soo nice to able to taste the donut instead of straight oil! The kolache was great too! I could really taste the distinct sausage and jalapeño flavors which I really enjoyed. This is prob my fav donut shop in the surrounding area- highly recommend!!

This is a fun place to grab donuts for a big group or to impress your friends or coworkers with your generosity. We arrived around 11 AM on a Monday and they were already out of many flavors, which is a good sign! The staff here was super helpful and friendly. We really appreciated their help! We ordered 4 donuts: strawberry, maple, chocolate and fruity pebbles. The fruity pebbles was tied for our favorite because it had the most flavor and the most going on! The maple was our other favorite because it was so tasty and delicious. We just wish there had been more icing on all the donuts. It's a lot of bread, and a pretty thin layer of icing! Overall it was good, and I would come back for a speciality donut with lots going for it!

They had tasty donuts, friendly service, and a pretty good donut selection. I especially enjoyed the apple fritter and blueberry cake donut. Turned into a very successful donut run

They have a great variety of doughnuts and they are all very good. My favorite type of doughnut are cake doughnuts, and I was very happy to see that they had glazed, coconut, plain, and chocolate . Their old fashion doughnuts and fritters are also fantastic. My family really liked the strawberry glazed yeast doughnuts. I'm so happy that I a great doughnut place so close--much better than any other around.

Just the name of this establishment made me turn around and try them, but the friendly help and the incredibly delicious donuts coupled with some good drink choices makes this a star in my mind. As a matter of fact I actually sent a note to work and said if you can't offer me Cowboys and donuts I'm quitting!!!!

I asked if it made a difference, and she said it definitely does, so I decided to get the sweet retreat crepes instead. They were pretty good! It was cold, and the bread mushy. I was so disappointed. The waffle fries were excellent tho, My husband ordered the Avenue Cheesesteak: Steak, mushrooms, onions, red peppers, and provolone on ciabatta bread. My husband also said his wasn't warm and I noticed it was a roll not ciabatta. He said the roll tho tasted fresh and was really good, his order came with Lay's chips. Bought some fresh bread and macaroons. Te macaroons were really tasty. The cashier was friendly. The restaurant is cute with several kinds of donuts, yummy tasty desserts, fresh bread, cinnamon rolls and cookies as well as some cute retail purchases like towels, hats, postcards etc, At 7pm I was quite surprised how many donuts were still left on the shelf in an open shelf system behind the counter. Another thing that was a huge turnoff was as the amount of gnats flying around. My guess is there is rotting food near the booths we were sitting in. The weather is cold, doors weren't wide open so something was attracting them. Restroom was clean and a small but decent sized parking lot.

If you're planning to dine there, make sure you don't have any pressing commitments afterward. On both of our visits, we spent an extraordinary amount of time simply waiting to be acknowledged. During our most recent visit, our group sat at a table right in the middle of the restaurant and could have driven all the way to the Draper location in the time it took for a server to notice we were there. We initially assumed the experience was a one-time issue, so we gave the American Fork location a second chance a few months later. Unfortunately, it was almost identical to the first visit. The pace of service was painfully S...L...O...W... The time from when we sat down until we got the special priviledge of actually ordering: 25 minutes! In contrast, the Draper location has consistently been a much better experience and appears to be managed far more efficiently. I'm glad they've expanded into American Fork, and the food certainly makes the restaurant worth visiting. I just hope they can improve their service processes so customers can enjoy a great meal without needing to set aside half their day to do it.

The flavor was okay overall, but the food didn't taste very fresh. My meal arrived quickly, but it was only lukewarm, and the chicken itself was rubbery. Portion size was good, so I'll give them that. Service was good (the employee working was nice, but he appeared to be the only one there). They were also out of the spam musubi, which was disappointing. We went on a Monday night and were the only people there. The vibes of the restaurant were also quite plain and it was only slightly themed which was surprising for a Hawaiian restaurant. Overall, the price felt high for the quality we received and at this time, I wouldn't go back for dinner. I might be willing to give the bakery aspect a second chance..
