Ridiculous prices. Gone through the roof. "Special" pricing on donuts that used to be part of a normal dozen. Doughnuts are always so good that's why I hate to give them only one star. Service has always been good too when I came but the girl at the front was being rude today. I was trying to pick some doughnuts up before going to a funeral and had a question. The girl was turned around so I said excuse me, I waited because I couldn't see if she was busy but thought she didn't hear me so I said it again. Turns out she was ignoring me so she could finish something on her phone. A simple" just one second " would have sufficed. She turned around, cut her eyes at me and gave me a look as if I was bothering her. I just had to walk out. Came here to get donuts for teacher appreciation week. I waited almost 6 min for someone to come to the window. When she finally came, she didn't listen to my order. She came with the wrong stuff. When I repeated my order to her she went to the back and got the donuts out with her hand! No paper no tongs absolutely disgusting I won't be back this place has gone down hill bad. read more

All of the doughnuts here are so amazing! Make sure to call the day before though because if you don't they'll sell out really fast. The staff is super nice and patient, and the place looks really clean. If you're wondering what to order, I suggest the sour cream doughnut or the apple fritter. Truly life changing flavors!! Just left. Very very rude staff. A huge drip bucket sitting right on the counter where you order and a lot of water coming in from the roof. No heat. It's a dump!! Doughnuts are good but I don't know if I'll be back since there's not a doughnut worth bringing treated like I just was. The two ladies were just incredibly rude. read more

We have live in Lebanon for 14 years now, and yesterday was the first time my son and I visited Donut Palace. That was a huge mistake! We should've gone there years ago! They had 2 lines at the drive thru, and we got a 1/2 dozen doughnuts for the family. Man were they awesome. These were the freshest doughnuts I think Ive ever had! We will now have to visit more often! The staff were friendly and service fast. Very reasonably priced. If you have had a doughnut from Dunkin, then you haven't really had a doughnut. This place has the real deal! You wont be disappointed! read more

The doughnuts were awesome. We tried the glazed doughnuts they were warm and melted in your mouth. My son was craving a powered doughnut and the cashier told us they did not have them on the menu. The ham and cheese croissant is by far the best thing on the menu. They bake the ham and cheese INSIDE the croissant. Just ask them to heat it before you check out. The donuts are good, too. Im from Florida...my best friend lives in Lebanon...I came to visit and we got ham and cheese croissants and glazed donuts at the Palace.... WOW!!...the best buttery croissants Ive eaten...and the donuts are heavenly!!!! Really glad we dont have one where I live Cause I would be big as the Donut Palace!!! Lol lol!!! Great Donuts at Great Prices! They also offer a drive up window but, I suggest you go in so you can smell all those wonderful donuts. They don't have a very large selection and They run out very quickly. They also don't stay open in the evening. I can't tell you how many times I have gone by that place in the evening and WISHED they were open. I am sure I am not alone. Ya'll need to start a second shift and make more donuts. Visiting the area from Washington state and we thought we'd stop in to get some donuts for the kids. Walking up to the door you could smell the sweet sugary scent of donut deliciousness. They had a nice variety of donuts. We ordered a dozen mixed donuts. I had a red velvet donut and a coconut topped donut. They were both excellent.
