The wait is ridiculous no matter what time we go to the drive thru seems like your tooooo low on employees

Me and my family have bought from here a few times before but never have had this bad of service. The food is pretty good! But the ambiance was terrible! I ordered 3 mango refreshers and all of them had chunks of unmixed mango powder. The employees kept saying that they should come up with dunkin bathing suits. read more

If I could put ZERO stars I would!!! I put in a mobile order at 9:20 it took 1 hour to get my order made my coffee is COLD, I ordered 50 count of munchkins I asked for an assortment of glazed, chocolate, jelly filled and powdered! I got NO chocolate, 7 powdered, no glazed and the rest jelly filled!!!!! This is absolutely ridiculous they aren't even short staffed and they are very rude I have tried calling and get no answer I have called (6) times. Don't go here. Workers have really bad attitudes and they act like taking your order is SUCH a chore. They'll tell you they have certain things in stock, but when you get up to the window, they actually don't have those food items available. Rude store, no greetings, no smiles, and the energy is bad when you walk in. Big yikes. read more

Don't go here! It's not worth it. The absolute worst customer service I have ever experienced! The young lady working the grill appears to be the manager. After waiting 17 min for my order, I asked, "am I going to get my order?" She relied back "no". She should be cleaning the parking lot! Not behind the counter. It's not my first time I've had a bad experience at this store. It was probably my 5th bad experience! And my last! Coffee here is much better than on the other side of town. Typically get great service, every now and then there's just the occasional person who doesn't have great manners. I handed the person extra cash when I paid earlier and told them "that's tip for you guys." And they just looked annoyed and tossed it in the jar. Kind of wanted to ask for it back. I get it, customers can be absolutely brutal. I live solely off of tips and have worked in the service industry for a long time.. however, I'd be in trouble if I didn't try to be polite to guests. I love Dunkin', but this location is by far the worst. The middle aged blonde lady is the rudest person I have ever met. She has made me cry on multiple occasions. She acts as if I am an inconvenience to her for coming to the store. I understand working at a fast food place is frustrating sometimes as I work at one myself, but I know how to get the job done without being unprofessional. She yells at me even when I am the only person in the drive thru. My friends have also had terrible experiences with this lady in particular. Slowest Dunkin' Donuts in the country . I have called corporate several times each car takes between 5 and 10 minutes in the drive through . This is an abuse of their customers time . They have several employees inside running aimlessly back and forth and no orders are getting complete . This location needs a management purge. At no fault of the hardworking employees. If you went to this Dunkin 6 months ago it would have taken a 1/2 tank of gas to make it through the drive thru, they were slow, disorganized, complete chaos . But recently there is a new manager this lady is on point and has a grip on everything going on . There are several reasons we call this location "Fail Dunkin"! It never fails that they are out of an essential ingredient or even cups. They mess up orders. They regularly take FOREVER to serve customers inside the store, favoring to keep their Drive thru stats low instead. Today while making an unexpected extended visit to the tire location next door, we were out an alternative option for sustenance and walked over for a beverage and sandwich. While there they were out of turkey, made the bagel sandwich on the wrong bagel, and we waited about ten minutes for two sandwiches. My hot sandwich was cold and ice coffee pretty damn stale. The gentleman who was already waiting when we walked in waited and additional 5 minutes before he was handed the wrong item. Joshua behind the register was pleasant and took our order correctly. The women behind the scenes were lack luster & lacked any real speediness. On several occasions before choosing not to return to this location we have encountered down right rude staff. I'm a long time Dunkin loyalists (New Jersey girl) but they just can't seem to get it together. read more

I have been to this Dunkin' Donuts location many times over the years and have always gone through the drive thru, but this time finally went inside. The place is clean, including the bathrooms, and is a relaxed environment for working or socializing with friends. Even though the two employees working were more interested in their own interactions than taking my order, my hot cappuccino came out delicious and very quick. The sandwich my friend ordered came out fast as well, and was hot and fresh. The service may have been a little dull, but it wasn't a big deal since the quality of our order was good and the time in which we received it was pretty impressive compared to similar places around the area. read more

Although it doesn't say much...this DD truly is the best one that you will find around the nashville area and I've tried most of them. The times that I've been in there, the place has been consistently clean, the service is very friendly, and the sandwiches are lightning fast. This most recent time, the hot sandwich I ordered came out second BEFORE my coffee and was made perfectly. Don't hesitate to go there for breakfast. Very upset about my visit today here before i go any further i would like to say during covid i used to work at a dunkin' in the morning (the busiest time to go there). Me and mother decided to get some breakfast and the line was wrapped around the building at a holt. We decided to go inside because there was still a line but, patients is key i remember being so stressed out making drinks so it didn't bother me. So as there is 12-14 other people who have already ordered and waiting for there food i sat waiting for my order to be taken. i waited until they finished the everyone else in the lobby but as i was sitting there i was observing they had 2 people doing drinks. 1 doing food . and one guy running all over the place most likely stressing the baristas out. as he wasn't even taking the drive thru orders but letting them sit there ridiculous. Then on top of that after waiting 30 minutes for them to take my order the guy that took my order had some sort of attitude i understand ur stressed out but, you still have to have customer service be a little polite. Everything i would say he cut me off besides letting me finish and get it out. Worst experience i've has at a dunkin'. The management needs to have a conversation with there staff about how to speak to customers and how to smoothly run the place theres no standards set for any of them. read more

The cashier charged everyone in line for the wrong stuff & we had to wait for a very long time just for two sandwiches. I also had to get someone to change both of the coffees I order because they were wrong. So my wife and I visit this particular location maybe two or three times a month. ultimately this Dunkin donuts is incredibly clean and the staff is definitely friendly and extremely understanding. The biggest thing about us going here is they offer a lot of food that my wife can eat with some of her allergies. unfortunately the only downside to this particular Dunkin donuts is it seems like the kitchen can't get the orders right hardly ever the first try. The last time we visited it took them 45 minutes to be able to get the order right after about four attempts. I definitely understand that sometimes you can have a bad day but it seems to be consistent that at least every visit we are there we always have to at least request order corrections at least two times every time we're there. ultimately I think everything about the restaurant is amazing with the exception of that. They're always super kind about getting the order right so it's not necessarily an issue that is going to keep us from returning to the restaurant. but if they can get that fixed it would definitely bump this review up to a straightforward five stars. read more

Never been impressed with this location, but very bad service on visit today. Poorly trained staff that created even longer delays. Over all quality is ok but in general this location needs help from the top down. This will be last visit. The only reason I have went to this location multiple times is because Starbucks is too far from my work. On several occasions, I have waited for more than 15 minutes for my mobile order inside and no one offers to help me. The manager is so rude to the staff and her employees. Today will be the last time I go there. I will find another coffee shop or use Uber East to get Starbucks. I placed a mobile order due to the coronavirus and had to go through the drive-thru. When I gave them my name they said they had neither my cold brew coffee nor the scramble bowl in stock. I could get an iced coffee and a sandwich. Doing the math quickly in my head I would be losing money so I asked them to cancel my order and they said they could not. They said I would have to do it through the app however it clearly stated on the app once the order was placed I could not cancel it and the staff said "well I don't know I guess call the app and figure it out." I work in healthcare so I have to go to work during this pandemic. I look forward to getting a coffee, but I will not be going back to this location. read more
