The large styrofoam cup with ice tea was 99% ice and a tiny bit of tea. I was told she had to let go of her staff because business was slow. I think they probably will close soon. I'm sorry to have to give such a poor review but paying almost $40 for the meal was a disappointment. The woman doing the order was sweet as could be, which would make me come back and try a coffee drink, just not the food.

Roasted Coconut Cafe was easy to find and had plenty of parking. You can either enter from Demeter's Common or the side door where there's sand. Roasted Coconut Cafe shares the same building with Demeter's Common which you can read my review there. There's a round table and chairs inside but you can opt to eat outside in the parking lot where there's a table and chairs and some benches. When you need help, just ring the bell. The staff were friendly in discussion and kept to themselves, so do ring that bell for assistance. I personally liked this concept so that the employees can do other things instead of waiting around. My husband and I both ordered the PB&J bowls size medium, his with added coconut and mine with added goji berries. We ordered online and did pickup in store. When I saw that extra toppings were only 25 cents more per topping, I immediately fell in love!! Most smoothie shops charge at least 75 cents if not a dollar per additional topping. Our bowls were DELICIOUS, tasted natural, and weren't overbearingly sweet. This is a real-deal smoothie shop. Now I know why you're paying little extra, the ingredients are premium. Despite what we said about trying it once, we will be coming back.
